I started with the two negative points: already a B&B that does not serve breakfast is a contradiction... but for us the negative point is that there is no heating. They provide an electric stove that we obviously did not leave on while we were not in the room, so once we entered it was quite cold. And having been there in January it was a little uncomfortable, especially for the bathroom. The bathroom is very informal but clean. The stone room is very characteristic. The structure is located right at the beginning of the center of Bagnoregio (not of Civita) and with a nice walk you can get to Civita without the need of the car, for those who do not want to / can not pass from the country even a boat. The one that they release you to park is really hot in the center. We also have a lot of room to use with a free appraisal that we can get to Civita without the need of the car, for those who do not want to / can not pass from the side of the village a boat.

Rustic and informal but comfortable

I was on vacation in Tuscia and I couldn't visit Civita di Bagnoregio. We chose this B&B for the location since about 1 km on foot there is the bridge to Civita and it is in the center of Bagnoregio.

Feature and Good

B&B with a nice clean view characteristic place where we have breakfast Mr. Claudio kind and company we will return if we go through those parts also the parking pass is a good service

Couple weekend

Choose for the proximity to Civita, the B&B has a strategic location, in the center of the city, the reserved parking thanks to the authorization that the structure gives you... the well-maintained room wide, perhaps to do a little attention for the specious steps in the passage bathroom.. the real chick is the cave where you have breakfast, wonderful. the dreamer who manages the very carefully carefully carefully and available... recommended.

The environment is very welcoming if you love country-chic style! Both the Owner and the Staff are very cheerful and available! Breakfast varied, tasty and abundant! Beautiful and romantic even for a simple outdoor trip! Highly recommended!

How to feel at home!

Nice simple and informal structure. Cozy clean thanks to the manager Mr. Claudio. 20' walk from Civita di Bagnoregio that is worth visiting. In the interesting morning breakfast served carefully by Mr. Claudio in his kitchen dug into the tuff.

Intimate and welcoming

I stayed here with my companion for one night. When we arrived we were welcomed by the owner who showed us the room, but the hot water didn't come, so we decided to call the owner who came in after 10 minutes. Then he took us to the breakfast room and told us that we could go there from 8 to 9.30, then he photographed the registration papers and recommended a restaurant where we could have lunch. The evening we went back to the room and about 7.30 we decided to take a shower but the hot water didn't come, so we decided to call the owner who came in after 10 minutes. Then he took us to the breakfast room and told us that we could go there from 8.30 to 9.30 in the morning.

Kindness is not a masterpiece

We stayed one night, in a very nice room dug into a cave. The place is small and quiet, different from the usual. Very well maintained, half an hour from Civita. The ticket costs 5 euros to visit it. I recommend it!!! The owners were very welcoming.

I was with my wife on the weekend of June 9th, a really delicious place, beautiful and very clean rooms, good and abundant breakfast, very kind and cordial owner Claudio, recommended to all singles and families, we will definitely be back.

A fairy tale

Unfortunately, at the appointed time, I could not reach or call. While I was running around the town anxiously trying to find my place to stay, I was constantly meeting the owner of the Bellavista. As a result, I had to call him for a night's sleep. We were received as long-time acquaintances, given a free parking pass in the town and free tickets to Civita. At the same time, the owner even helped us get there by showing us the road. The apartments are decorated as if I had actually gotten into someone's house. The container, the quality cabinets, even the box with all the badges on it, the medals on the walls and the clean atmosphere!
