Ideal place for a weekend of relaxation on the lake. You need the car to move because in a position a little isolated but still close to the long lake (Bellano is small).

View and Silence

The presentation photos of the place do not match reality; we discover on arrival a huge edf pole facing the lake, a highway behind the house, a factory fireplace on one side of the house and a hardly compatible peak access in case of reduced mobility. It is impossible to relax because of the noise of the highway. Beware of hidden fees, because the owner takes a surcharge for credit card payments (not indicated on the booking). It is impossible to cancel or change the booking despite a strong personal imperative of the owner's refusal to change the booking.

unpleasant stay

It's a charming location, perfect cleanliness and courtesy make it a masterpiece. For excellence, you also need the outdoor accommodation, which is a little underground. It's still a very positive experience. The high-rise house pays a little for the exposure to the sun all day long, but at night it's fine even in July.

Superb private bed and breakfast, very clean, lovely room, big bed and excellent bathroom. Stunning views out over the lake from the garden and terrace, also has a relaxing chair swing.

Breakfast continental style, owner will ask you what you would like, all fresh and tasty.

Owner spoke English, what did make me smile was the fact that other guests (these were German) had to converse in English. Made me wonder how many other travelers have to speak a language foreign to them but not the native language of the country they happened to be in

The B&B is a little difficult to find, the sat nav does get you there though

20 min walk to town centre, all downhill, a lot more of an effort getting back as roads are steep

This B&b is not wheelchair accessible and would be awkward for disabled people, a lot of steps everywhere.

Parking a bit tight too but can be overcome

This B&B was lovely. The nearby waterfall sings you to sleep and waking up with lake view is bliss. The host Sonia is 100% reliable, forthcoming and helpful. We came by car and were glad about the free parking. Ferries to all major destinations are accessible after a short drive. We had a great time. 

A Little Gem

The B&B is in the hilly area, like all the most beautiful structures in the area. Less than 5 minutes from Bellano (ferry departure). The panorama is spectacular. The private car park is a little small suitable for excellent drivers but a few meters away, before the bridge, there is a free car park. It should be noted that to enter the B&B there is a short but a little steep climb. We found ourselves splendidly! The housewife, Sonia, is super sprint. One of those people who you seem to know from the beginning.

Silence, tranquility, scenery

Our room faced the lake of Como so the view was amazing.
The breakfast was on the varanda so also with a spetacular view.
The host, Sonia, was at our disposal even before our arrival for further assistance and giving tips about activities around!

Best view!

Everyone talks about the new management, the cleanliness of the rooms, the fresh croissant breakfasts, the spectacular view. I'd say something different: try asking Sonia (the owner) to take you on a sailing boat in the afternoon, say for two hours; you'll see that kind person turn into an experienced skipper (and so far fine) but enthusiastic and competitive. It'll be a unique experience, not so much for the view from the lake (in the area where the views are spectacular) but how you'll be drawn by her enthusiasm.

It's a new thing.

The spacious rooms, the excellent breakfast and the views of Lake Como are impressive.The breakfasts are held on the porch, there is parking, in our case the bikes and within a few minutes walking we arrive at Bellano, the town on the shores of the lake.

B&B category B

One of the most pleasant places we've stayed in is the house is beautiful, the spacious room with stunning views and a rather large bathroom sonia, the owner, is a love: attentive, caring and very friendly and the breakfast is the guinda: there's everything and sonia will offer you more things (and serve in a garden overlooking the lake, of madness) she would come back a thousand times.
