For the price of a room for one person in a four-story valley (the same day), I was entitled to: -a room of a monastic poverty -the noise of the nearby road preventing us from enjoying the balcony / the outdoors -the noise of the dining room cleaning (chair rises) non-stop until late in the evening.. worse than a scam, a well-being sabotage (but the boss seems more concerned about his profits than the satisfaction of his customers...)

Very kind and available staff. Excellent quality and varied food, a different menu every evening. Great breakfast with handmade products. Only fault, in the bathroom the hair dryer is missing and the mattresses are still loose, quite uncomfortable. Experience to repeat, excellent quality price ratio.

We stayed in Brusson for two nights. The farmhouse is not far from the road, but closing the windows is not disturbed by noise. The location is great for excursions in the area and to visit the gold mines. The furnishings are solid and rustic as it fits the mountain. The room and bathroom are very clean, a comfortable balcony in common with the next room. The rooms are accessible via external staircase or interior, there is no elevator.

Kindness and Good Cooking

For the first time I was in this farmhouse with my wife for the weekend. The location is excellent because it is located at the entrance of the village of Brusson, immersed in the green with a view of the castle of Grains. Large room and bathroom and impeccable cleaning. Breakfast is varied and with excellent products (marmalades and cakes are very good!). We had dinner for two nights tasting typical Waldo dishes and not.... all well cooked and with fresh products. Great quality/price ratio.

It's a great farmhouse.

We found Les Hiboux a very pleasant and welcoming facility. The staff, specifically Tania and the owner Lorenzo were of a rare kindness, available and cordial., We appreciated their kitchen at the farmhouse and the next day, lunch at the upstairs (first stop of the cabin in Champoluc) at Lorenzo's hot table where we found a remarkable terrace in the sun, where to enjoy an excellent self-service kitchen. Possibility of tasty sandwiches and hamburgers. A mini holiday full of attention!!!

A little vacation.

I happened to find this farmhouse on the road to Brusson; well-kept place on arrival we are greeted by a young boy who runs this farmhouse with his family, we are put outside and for 20 minutes no one comes to the table, we always ask the boy to have the menus we are told that there is only one menu at 25€ all included except drinking. Finally after 30 minutes the first takeaway arrives then after another 20 minutes the second arrives; plenty and good takeaways; after an hour finally the first two arrives also the abundant and good ones; they spend another hour and come the second not very good especially the meat that was really hard. We decide to avoid waiting for the desserts to avoid spending the whole afternoon sitting at the table.

The food's not bad, but you have to be very patient.

We're back after a few years, and we're even better than we were the last time. Typical mountain environment, quiet and relaxing, clean and comfortable room, prepared and friendly staff. And to finish off Saturday night, a SUPER cheap Waldensian dinner, I recommend!

Valid and Reassuring

We stopped by for lunch and were very impressed by the warmth of the staff and the pleasant location!! We had lunch outdoors with typical and delicious local products at a really good price!!

I would recommend it!

Have a good lunch in a good context

We were in this farmhouse with a smartbox, this smartbox was one night in a standard double room a breakfast an appetizer welcome dinner a four-course dinner and coffee water included and a bottle of wine the bottle of wine we brought home.....we start from the room pretty clean with the service courtesy sin was cold heated only the bathroom in the evening but the next morning when we got up at 7.30 it was cold (if it's the end of October) dinner we were in 2 so the aperitif was not the appetizer we took because there was only the white wine they bring us the antipasto 4 was the potato chips 4 pieces of speck to pieces of the second potato chips 2 pieces of fountain and the second potato chips (we had a very small potato chips) we really waited for my husband and a cost of aroe and the next morning it was cold (if it's the end of October) we were in 2 so the appetizer we took because there was only the white wine they brought us the antipasto 4 pieces of the potato chips 4 pieces of the second potato chips and the second potato chips (
