We stayed in this residence through the agency's purposeful holiday agency Budoni. The agency staff were kind and available to satisfy our request. We stayed in 2 trilocaliers and 1 bilocaliers, all very well equipped and functional in their simplicity. Very appreciated the welcome kits which are: - sponge and dish soap - dishwasher detergent - very welcome breakfast (juice and various marmalades) - umbrella and 2 beach sandwiches.

Super recommended stay

We found ourselves in a very nice, very clean, functional house, an excellent location for those looking for a quiet place to explore the many surrounding beaches.

The perfect vacation.

I honestly stayed open. Apartment very clean, functional and with everything you might need. Enviable position that allows you to reach the quiet beach of Pineta de SantAnna in 10 minutes and if you have the car (absolutely recommend), you can reach several beaches in less than half an hour, including La Cinta (15 minutes) and Capo cola caballo (25 minutes). Nearby is also the center of Budoni and San Teodoro where to spend the evenings.

We can't wait to get back.

I come back after 3 years and find the same peace, the same strategic position, the usual good quality/price ratio (to be in Sardinia in August, be clear...), the usual beautiful view, the usual beautiful beach a few minutes away but the house itself begins to feel the weight of the years. Kitchen with dirt now difficult to remove, kitchen furniture with very bad old smell, closet of the room in part sventrated... in short order, they would really need a vacuum cleaner.

It's getting worse.

Beautiful structure, 550 meters from the sea on foot challenging because everyone is under the sun but with the car there is also the possibility of parking at 3 euros. What is really tragic is the poor cleaning of the apartment. Spiders and hair are included everywhere in the apartment, outside we found a spider with a black hair cuff attached to the table. First night at home at the wake, ticks of mites to which we had to apply a cortisone cream for itching and not to miss anything other than the condition that it lost and the various dryers on the ground to suppress the loss is not only not drinking water but also completely collected from the water/mareria with which you also get to the view.

It's expensive to be cheap.

Staying in the family in early July, we found this very nice structure with a well-groomed lawn and an excellent location for our needs, but certain details could be improved such as: TV does not take, yellowish hot water, rotating shower door, centrifuge washing machine did not work, houses without air conditioning, with the hot Sardinian I don't know how to do, and every morning at 8 am the usual meeting with the cheese vendors, a gate would not be bad, for the rest a great price for the location, cats are the best protagonists in the area.

A nice facility for the price paid.

With a group of friends we stayed for a week in July. Gianni and Viola were available for any request and we also thank them for the homage at the end of the holidays. The houses are clean, equipped with the necessary, spacious and fresh (thanks for the con dictionary). The beach is nearby and flanked by a cool and restful pineapple.

It's perfect!

I am correcting my friend Meryxtell's first comment. I made the reservation. My friends were expecting more comfort. In fact in the list of services offered everything was listed correctly. In addition, the owners kindly came to pick me up with their pudding car and the other misconduct happened because we didn't go to the offices the next day to check in as we should have and where we could expose our needs.

Very pleasant holidays

We spent 12 days in Sardinia, in Budoni in particular. We booked this apartment because according to the comments it was excellent and its descriptions wonderful.... We paid 1800€. Until we got there: (attention because it was one after the other) 1. you have to pay for your sheets and towels, we went to 3 people and we were paid 90€ upon arrival to have them and 1 change. 2. NO AIR CONDICTION AND NO VENTILADOR!!! in the middle of summer.... on the second day we had to buy one and YART because it was unbearable. 3. while we offered (our alarm clock was at 9am) we woke up to a horrible noise because in the opening door of our apartment we were paying off the street where the water was blowing off!! We were told not to listen and we were told not to repay the apartment by changing the time of the holiday.

It is lamentable.

We stayed with the family for a week. Very kind and available the lady of the agency who welcomed us. The only problem is not having air conditioning, we kept the windows open during the night creating electricity to sleep. Dining every night under the porch was very pleasant because at sunset it was well-drained and the suggestive sunset an unforgettable show.
