Wonderful place, clean and great breakfast, more restaurants nearby, great view from the breakfast area, directly on the sea, gentle and caring owner, available (within booking limits) for both arrival and departure times

I confirm what I have already read in previous comments: on the one hand, the beb is very spartan, on the other hand, you breathe in a cozy and pleasant home climate with breathtaking views. Vincenzo, the host, is an extremely available person, able to put guests at ease: he leaves the common spaces accessible at any time, with the possibility of preparing a coffee or a snack at any time; in the morning at breakfast we tasted the cake - excellent - made at home; at the disposal of all guests there is equipment from simplicity and kayak.

It was a good experience.

Stay away if you are looking for baroque finishes and butlers. This B&B is the mirror of the owner, Vincenzo, who welcomed us with simplicity and warmth making us feel comfortable from the first minute. From the terrace, where breakfast is served in the morning, the view is on the sea and on the alley where there is a market on Friday. A little movement is felt, especially during the weekend, not suitable for those who may be looking for absolute calm. The environment is similar to that of a rented room, but it does not feel like a sin at all, rather it is part of its charm. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Informal and relaxed!

B&B that makes you feel at home. Terrace on the sea for breakfast. impeccable hospitality and courtesy of Vincenzo, a good landlord, is the a lbergator you would always want to find. In the shared area, there are always fruit juices, cookies, coffee, as in your own kitchen. For breakfast, equipped from 8.30 there is no time beyond which you cannot go in the morning. Just like at home. If you wake up at 11, it's not that you don't have breakfast! Super Vincenzo!! The room is extremely clean and fragrant. Conditioned air. It's large and super spacious well made. Bedroom and noise zero.

It's a wonderful place to spend a weekend at the sea... in winter, a seemingly normal location but capable of stirring beautiful emotions.

It's a fairly Spartan b&b but where you don't regret the luxury paid for by an indescribable view and a perfect location. The rooms are essential, the small bathrooms, but you can always stay in the large living area with a beautiful terrace... Breakfast always available even if it's improving (with some cake or fresh baked goods in addition), kindness and availability of the owner of 5 stars.

I spent two days with my boyfriend, the place overlooking the sea is really beautiful, the owner is very kind and available, and the cleanliness of the rooms was perfect.

I spent two days in the fairy tale, Vincenzo was very kind and professional, location in the center of the fraction, great view of the sea and the promenade, highly recommended, Vincenzo also provided us with his kajac to reach the arch.

Good experience

A small pearl of the reception, embedded in a jewel of Sardinia. Well-restored rooms, in wonderful position (you can see the sunset, you can enjoy the terrace from breakfast onwards) with a simple and functional layout, useful to make sea or to use as a base to visit this beautiful land with its civilizations that have stratified in history.

Vincenzo came right after we called and really welcomed us. We were allowed to choose between two rooms, either the smaller one with sea view and a small bathroom (not in the room) or a larger room with a large bathroom. We decided on the smaller one. The breakfast room is right next door and if you want to sleep a little longer than other guests, you will inevitably be woken up by these, because the walls are very thin. However, everything was super clean and Vincenzo worked very hard. Thank you very much!
