Positive: Very friendly host. Comfortable beds. Free and comfortable parking. Garden with tables available. Moderate living prices. Negative: small rooms and bathrooms. Rumors from the street adjacent to the building.

A little disappointed.

A very clean room with new furniture and furniture, although not big. A very kind and generous manager, attentive to all needs. He's on a rather noisy road, but the fixtures and the perfect air conditioning make up for the problem.

A pleasant and comfortable stay

In a few minutes you are in the center of Fabriano, in a few minutes you are outside Fabriano, excellent location. The road on which it overlooks is not particularly noisy especially at night.

I stayed for one night during a business trip. Exceptional location 2 minutes from the centre with easy access, indoor parking and complete autonomy to enter and exit the building. Comfortable, clean, new furniture with spacious bathroom. Quality ratio price above expectations. Top courtesy. Bravi!!

Comfortable b&b at the gates of downtown Fabriano... we used the car and within minutes we were in the center.

Good experience.

We were greeted warmly and affectionately by the owner, giving us suggestions on where to go for dinner.

I stayed here for work reasons, hospitable staff, always available, very good location, quality and price ratio, shared kitchen, daily room cleaning, I'll definitely be back, it was a great experience.

Good experience

We stayed in two for one night and breakfast, since our arrival the gentleman who runs the facility has been very courteous and available. The rooms are well furnished and equipped with every convenience, you can immediately notice the attention to detail and above all the PERFECT POLICE.

An example of real hospitality!!!

It's a nice clean apartment, a quiet breakfast, unfortunately it's on the highway, so you couldn't open the window at night, the bathroom is a little small, but there's no air conditioning in the room.

Great solution but noisy at night

It's a great B&B, the reception was exceptional, the availability of the unpaid owner, clean and sanitary rooms, a great location to reach the Frasassi Caves, breakfast unfortunately in times of COVID can't be at the buffet but Mr. Franco makes a great coffee.
