This white big villa has several rooms and a nice lounge.
We had a standard room on the first floor. 
The room was nice, clean and white. 
The bed and bathroom were good. 
In the morning there was breakfast. Some fresh things but most packed. 
During the night we realized that we were alone in the part of the B&B. 
There is only staff in the morning and on call. A bit strange. 
The pool was leaking and emptied. Workers tried to find the problem. 
You can easily walk to the beach, although most enterprises were closing. 
A nice little area of shops and gelateria's is in the neighborhood.

I just stayed alone in this property for 4 days. Alice and Francesco were very caring and welcoming, I felt right at home....ideal location, clean and comfortable structure. Pool area and garden in the back very pleasant and intimate.

Pleasant and welcoming

Very nice structure with swimming pool and cozy lobby, the rooms are a little small by my standards and could be better furnished, kind and cordial service.

The b&b is very nice and clean. A few steps from the sea, in a quiet area, the room was bright and tastefully furnished. Even the common areas were clean and furnished with modern accessories. Alice was very available and nice. I highly recommend it!

Pleasant Relax

At the last minute we decided to spend a weekend in Fregene, too tired to travel too many kilometers. With great surprise we stayed at this B&B, where from availability, hospitality, service and cleanliness we have no negative note, only so many compliments!!!! Alice, the girl who welcomed us is to say nothing wonderful, really cute, excellent choice! The room exactly as in the photos, very quiet and comfortable place, which is to say, we will definitely return, we enjoyed everything, including breakfast, I confirm the fresh cornetics brought from the bar. Next!

Lovely place to stay.Nice clean modern rooms and lovely swimming pool.staff were very nice also.located very close to beach.would stay again.ideal base to explore Rome as train nearby to city centre in 40 mins.

Very nice

We stayed there in November, Alice was very accommodating and friendly. 
It might be because it was the quiet season but staff were only available for check in and breakfast. We needed to let them know when we were arriving so someone would be there for check in.
It's a nice looking and clean property.  It's a B&B style place, our room had it's own bathroom, shower, balcony. 
Nice coffee at breakfast. We'd recommend that the pillows and bed should be softer.  
We chose it because we thought it was close to the airport considering the address on Agoda where we booked it says Fiumicino Airport but it was about a 20 minute drive from the airport in Fregene, so that was a little disappointing and why we did not give it 5 stars.

It would be lovely in Summer for a coastal getaway

Lyxury stay in a great location with a very nice pool and bikes to borrow for a five minute ride to central Fregene. Best of all was wonderful Alice who took great care of us and helped us out with everything we needed. The stay was just perfect.

Perfect stay

We found Itaca to be a very wonderful, quiet, restful BeB. Alice and Francesco were delightful hosts. The continental breakfast was personalized and fresh each morning alongside lovely Nespresso coffee. Rooms were spacious and clean - especially by the local standards. Bicycles are provided and you can easily walk to dozens of nearby restaurants, including several excellent choices "downtown". This place is very quiet and restful. We would have appreciated being able to use the clothes washing machine, but learned this was off limits to guests unless you rent the entire villa. Also, we found the pillows to be xtra large and stiff and a bit awkward to sleep on. These notes are just FYI to help with your travel planning. Overall we found Itaca a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend it.
