Sleeping under bridges is more hygienic. We booked for two nights, and it was the worst experience of my life.

It's sour.

Don't get sick of the low prices, because they're not even worth it, a hotel that's definitely not a four-star hotel, poor cleaning and amenities, the room was infested with mosquitoes, and there was noise in the hallways all night, it was impossible to sleep.

It's a nightmare!

The hotel outside is fatigued by the light of the badly functioning sign. Inside I was greeted by the receptionist who barely greeted me because I was going to watch a video on his phone and he barely spoke Italian. The rooms are FUMED, with a scary dirty carpet and stained walls. From my toilet, every time I unloaded the towel, water leaked out. I had to sleep with the windows open because of the smell of smoke. On the surfaces, as in the photos, there was dust and hair hiding. Thanks to the sky I spent only one night in this towel.

More than ever

Bad hotel, they didn't clean the room, the air conditioner was running out of water, unreal reception, no one at the reception, never to return, the photos don't match the sad reality at all.

Avoid it!! They don't respect the anti-covid norms!!. If not before now - with the covid crisis - it probably hosts prostitutes (one was hanging out in the hall and another a few minutes earlier had tried to hide me on the street and I found her entering the hotel with an outsider who I don't think has even been registered...). The fetid room because of the carpet consume and dirty.

It takes courage to still rank it as 4 stars!!! Dirty rooms, very old and decadent furnishings, carpets in the room and on the common stairs are really dirty and dirty. Tends to be dirty and dirty in the room. Finding a place for the car is luck and after midnight there is no one at the reception, so very uncomfortable because to open the entrance bar you have to take a remote control at the reception and then luck to find parking inside the neighborhood where this kind of hotel is located!!! Really mortifying and disappointing for a guest who pays to have the minimum services in a hotel room and in a hotel.

The SQUALOR

Florence, a beautiful, welcoming city, but not like the Airport Hotel where I found what you should not expect from a hotel for more than four stars. I do not dwell on the details because it would be useless to list a sequence of misdeeds that would make a clochard panic.

Never again

Yes, for the last 20 years! because when you were going on vacation in the tent with your friends you were aware of what you were going through... Now no, obviously. Now you have come to trust the reliability of the stars, the presence on sites that should certify the facilities (booking.com, Trivago, Hotel.com) and instead you find yourself in a dirty and smelly bottle of beer with the rude staff. If I write that it's an M of place that makes you vomit is too much? No, I'm good... But the responsibility is not theirs.
