We stayed in a twin room for two nights. We were greeted on arrival by our host despite us getting there quite late, he was very friendly and gave us a quick tour of the hostel and the facilities. The room was very clear but the decor was a little worn down. Our room was very warm with only a little fan for a large room so very futile. Location is perfect as it is in the centre of the city, close to the magnificent cathedral. Nothing spectacular but did the job for us.

The place is very central, close to everywhere..a little silly quiet! I slept in the form of 4 or 6 (maximum 7).. the staff (Grande Cristian) is a person who understands, is reliable and funny!! price with the quality that it offers excellent!! common use kitchen, clean shower. Hostel is usually always ordered! I would gladly return and recommend to everyone both for a short time and for a long time! A place that over time becomes a habit.. congratulations..👍

Like a house

A small rustic nest. The white walls are colored by the warmth of the atmosphere you breathe and the stories of the people who live there. The first impression can be negative, but if you are willing to share smiles and adapt at an efficient price you can have a beautiful experience of accommodation. Personally I have had a great experience full of meetings. The hostel is two steps from downtown and the owner is available, it's true you can improve in cleaning, for me everything is fine.

Appearances Are Deceptive

It's not worthy of being called Hotel, Hotel, etc. Very dirty and poorly maintained, broken beds, stinking and dirty blankets... the bathroom was indecent... the horrible kitchen with rusty pots.

What a shame!

Absolutely bad. I went to Easter with three friends, we paid a figure for the date it was, and the experience was very bad. First we booked to arrive on Saturday at around 13:00 and they wrote to us saying that the reception was closed from Friday at 17:00 to Saturday at 20:00?!), and that we couldn't get there before 20:00 (not even to leave the suitcase). It seems too much but... okay, it's our fault that we didn't read it before booking. But we get to the place on Saturday at 20:00, and they tell us that we have to leave the room the day after 10:00, fantastic!

Weight

I stayed in a four-room room for two nights last New Year's. Well, to say... absolutely a bad accommodation. The room was small, very high (and therefore very cold), dirty and without a bathroom (but this was already known). The sheets were clean, but the blankets were not... they must have seen enough!!! On the floor under the beds were paper and residue from other guests. The location would also be ideal, two steps from Santa Cruz and behind Piazza della Signoria... very central! But the structure is definitely to be improved. The bathrooms (3 times in all) are cleaned a little every day. Resolved: in 3 days we didn't have to do a bathroom!!! The common kitchen is a little scrubbed, with dishes and dishes and even a shower and a bathroom with a shower and a shower... and even a bathroom with a more stinking council... maybe you would need a lot of money to go around, etc.

Guys, cleaning costs nothing!

We've come to spend the night and fortunately we're not staying there any longer! Florence is a small town so even if you're less downtown (the only advantage of this hostel) don't hesitate to take it elsewhere and run away! It looks like a skwatte that would be perfect for the sdf reception!! Yes if you take a double bed with private room vs vs you'll find a kitchen counter (or dubious people whose owner drinks up to an hour) with two camping counter beds whose mattresses must be in their 50s and no heating and vs you'll hear what goes on the street as if you were better off there!
