We only stayed one night, but enough to describe the situation is the comfortable and very nice room, the private bathroom is adjacent to the room, a bathroom that is not to say spectacular, very nice, very clean, huge with a large and wonderful jacuzzi.

That's a great place.

For the third time in Genoa...I chose to stay in the villa Bruzza...where I spent a charming week...the last stage of my vacation...which confirmed the beautiful memory...of my previous nights.The villa...is a special place...ideal for those who know how to capture the elegance and personality of a Genoa made of history...streets...of scents...where you get lost...and find yourself...and having fun...the rooms are tastefully furnished...cleaning...impeccable!The breakfast...and personalized!Every great evening.....a bottle or more of water...offer from the owners...thank you...staff....for the advice...indications...discreet presence...surprise.

Third, what a great place to stay!

If they have the opportunity to go to Genoa and have the need to find accommodation, they try not to spend the bad time I had with the management of the AL VILLINO BRUZZA.As happens to many, my flight is delayed and I try to make it known to the accommodation, and the answer I received was no and they also suggested another accommodation.The most regrettable thing is that I was traveling with my family (with 2 minors) and that didn't matter to them at all.On the other hand, the accommodation was charged the full price of the stay claiming that I didn't show up, when they for their convenience decided not to take me in.The advice I received was not to attend this accommodation with an ethical and responsibility that I much desired, and that I regret leaving excuses for serious accommodations that offered no service.

Unethical and Irresponsible Treatment

We stayed in this property for 2 nights. The B&b is in an ideal location, ideal because in 5 minutes you are in the center in Piazza De Ferrari and in 10 minutes you are at the aquarium. The owners Alex and Mr. Roberto are kind and cordial. Nice the marshmallow, although it could be improved on some points (e.g. where there is the tub). Good the focaccia for breakfast.

In an optimal position!!!!

We recently stayed at the Villino Bruzza and had a positive experience. We stayed as a family in the attic with the bathroom. The host is very nice and available at all times. The location is - for those who want to stay at a walking distance to center - perfect. It is uphill so for those who can not afford to walk up and down a steep hill, may not be the solution but we did not have any difficulties with two kids. I’d say that it is a perfect solution for those who look for a place to sleep well and tour the city on foot all day long. Cozy ambiance and homely feeling. Breakfast is always fresh and great coffee.

Functional stay in Genova

I stayed with my family to visit the aquarium within 10 minutes and in the evening I went to a concert at the Carlo Felice theatre within 5 minutes. We stayed in a balcony, room spacious and furnished in a simple way. Breakfast was plentiful. The bread was very fresh and there was also the perfect fireplace!

It's very welcoming.

21 march 2019 firstly to any older travellers or people with walking difficulties i would think serioslyabout gong here because to get to it you have to climb 2 steephills then once inside the gates you need to manouver around dog toilet within the garden.
the room and bathroom were very good and clean ,but our room advertised a flat screen tv and there was no tv atall ,when we asked for this all we got was a shrug of the shoulders and no intention whatsoever of supplying one.even though it was in our contract

not all it seems

We stayed in the courtyard of this beautiful building in the heart of Genoa. Amazing location, quiet, and courteous and thoughtful owners. We couldn't find a place, and the owner was kind enough to wait outside the building when we arrived to point us out. Beautiful furnishings carefully researched and approached. We will definitely be back!

Greetings from Liguria

After more than a year I've returned to this lovely structure that makes you really comfortable as your own home, always charming the little room with a garden with a bright orange and an exclusive bathroom with a really relaxing pool.

Pleasant return

We stayed overnight in the attic. The courtesy is indisputable even though they said they would keep us a parking lot instead we had to look for it (partly I can understand because in the morning they hadn't all checked out yet). The cleaning is really poor. As soon as you notice a thermosphere full of dust. Dusted floors, smell of closure. Breakfast doesn't satisfy all palate. There's no choice of juices and they have nothing salty (a sin for me that I don't eat sweets). In addition, in the confectionery dish there was a dog's hair and it was also dusty.
