I stood up for one night, but to avoid leaving my luggage in the car there we glued them for two floors on the stairs, we entered the room I immediately noticed pets roaming on the floor and this morning a nice shovel on the tent, it's not great

Lack of hygiene

Positive: comfortable and very quiet location, parking along the street right in front. Spacious apartment, very valid online check-in service and remote access all over the phone with the operator. Bright, very comfortable electric locks, basic air conditioning. Lobby with free and unlimited coffee and hot drinks. Negative: single mattresses attached instead of a double that left a hole in the center really uncomfortable, mattresses and edges, pillows to change. Soap present for the body and for the hands when instead put in different bottles indicating quality products and services. No small in the oven even if it was indicated services.

Well, but something to revisit and improve.

In Gorizia I didn't find anything similar to Urban Homy Gorizia, with a kitchen, all amenities, a big enough room, etc.

The washing machine didn't work at all; the refrigerator was not cold enough; it was not possible to buy food for more than 3 days because it would end up in the garbage; there was no umbrella on the terrace (32–36 C every day); chairs on the terrace were broken; dishes were very old and disgusting to use; it wasn't as clean as it should be; very uncomfortable beds in living room and bedroom. For 100 EUR per day, sorry, but it's not worth that money...

Maintain your property, please.. !!!

The apartment itself is very spacious and overall well maintained, perhaps a little to improve the cleaning (e.g. in the bedroom without the bedside table the wall is a little dirty and stained) but still there would be a very nice lobby area with a motorbike/cars etc. This area is very comfortable and needs to be used in the bedroom, so if you want to feel comfortable, you can often feel comfortable with the rest of the room.

A wonderful discovery.

It's a good solution in a renovated building both internally and externally. It looks very nice, neat and clean, with a nice common area on the ground floor where you can have breakfast. The rooms are essential and equipped with good comfort, maybe a little stripped down in terms of furnishing but comfortable. The only negative note for us is that we were sold a room for 6 people with two bedrooms and a sofa bed and we found ourselves sleeping in two on a very simple sofa. Free parking indicated in the ad is not available, you save because the area is full of white parking lots. Recommended but not more than four!!!

Good solution, announcement to review

The room didn't match the reserved service. The staff showed indifference to the problem by closing the phone in my face. The room didn't have a private bathroom or a mirror. There was no private parking as indicated at the time of booking. The bathroom outside the room was really uncomfortable because it was at the end of the hallway. In the room there were only two electrical outlets away from the bed. There was no heating. The mattress was really uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend it.

Not recommended

Booked last minute to get a one night stay. At arrival called Urban Homy servicedesk and they remotely opened all doors, to let me in to the apartment. The lady told me: you can find the key cards on the table. But unfortunately there was no key card. Also the apartment smelled terrible, due to people intensively smoked inside. The lady told me to be patient and she should organize a key. After half an hour, I called her again but still nothing organized. Due to the missing key, I also didn't had access to the bath room. After one hour called again and she asked me to search again, since the key should be in the room. But nothing was there and she didn't really had an idea how to solve the issue. She told me to be patient, while they were working on a solution. I lost my patience and cancelled the booking and left the apartment. Of course due to late cancellation, I had to pay the full amount

Horrible, no key card and bad service

The apartment has everything you need for a great experience, it's very spacious and modern, it's all perfectly clean and hygienic. The bathrooms have towels and products for shower and face. The area is great and in this very special time I really appreciated remote check-in.

It's perfect.
