Location with a somewhat dated taste in terms of the interiors where the style of the 70s and 80s prevails very much, with something that would definitely be revised compared to the 4 stars level of the same hotel. The exteriors are furnished with a bit more modern taste, there is a swimming pool and a bike service.

We stayed at the Hotel Villa Giusy for a week at the beginning of July The hotel is located in the pineta of Castellaneta and has no interior parking. As soon as the hotel's servants arrived they immediately made us notice that the car could not be left inside the structure even to just unload the luggage but you had to leave outside. The service of machining was carried out. As soon as you entered the room jumps to the eye that the rooms are to be renovated in everything, from furnishings to accessories, but they are still equipped with a four star comfort (i.e. old but provided); the breakfast is completely non-existent, a cornetto, the drinks and when you had to leave outside, absolutely nothing else; the resting point within the hotel, but also the cost of the exterior is a real problem.

You eat great but the services are scarce.

Of course the rooms have to be refurbished but the quality of the dining room makes us forget all this. Excellent kitchen with excellent raw materials quality. Courtesy and high expectations. It also helped me solve a problem with the machine. If they cool the rooms especially the bathrooms there is no comparison with the surrounding structures.

Excellent restoration

Unfortunately I can't write a good review about this structure, since it's pretty much absurd to find such small rooms I stayed one night at this hotel because given the period (14/08) it was unique available, not paying very little obviously I had already read some negative reviews, but unfortunately we had to settle so I can't say it didn't meet expectations, because there weren't but I don't think it's absolutely right I should stay in this category elevator no, and if you happen to be on the second floor a little bit more scooter) Ceiling and walls with areas of mold and cracks Doors and locks obsolete toilets

Four stars? Maybe only if it's St. Lawrence.

Bad personal hotel very rude very tasty especially liar very poor food without choice lunch and dinner always the same mediocre portions are good for kids nas bedrooms toilet without table and lid the fridge doesn't work and pretended to be a keeper.....that doesn't exist.....they'd better close they're crooks don't go there is a scam.....

Very rude staff, old rooms, sluggish hotel, not to mention restaurant, discreet food at exorbitant prices, a real scam, poor breakfast and room prices just as high, dirty place, horror movies, I won't step foot in it again, highly recommended.

The worst place I've ever slept, and yet they allow themselves to have very high prices.

We came here in July for one night on our way to Puglia. I have to say we were not treated very nicely on arrival and the receptionist was also unable to find the booking on the system. The room wasn't the cleanest which was a worry as we were in the middle of a pandemic. The pool was empty and breakfast very minimal with a loud TV in the background not the best so wont be coming back.

Non il migliore

Tired of visiting the towns and historical sites of Lucania, I had a bike to take a swim in the sea a few hundred meters from the hotel, which presents very well with a large swimming pool (it was not accessible for the finished season), with rooms with simple furnishings but very well maintained.

A tourist town on the Ionian coast with its sea and cozy beaches

Great reception and pleasant view and location, it's a shame we were in low season... only the rooms, they would have been unwashed, but they turned out to have been welcoming and clean anyway... even breakfast was served in the best way without missing anything and respecting the Covid rules
