Farmhouse on the hill, very quiet in the middle of the olive trees, with a view of the lake of Bolsena, excellent breakfast with homemade cakes. Large rooms with bathroom. The family is very kind and welcoming.

A very well-maintained cottage in a very picturesque setting, with the lake of Bolsena in the background. The children were able to move independently in the large garden. The lake view room with a spacious terrace is very clean and essential. The hospitality and kindness of the owners is genuine and spontaneous, you feel at home.

Very good location, close to the lake and the village of Capodimonte. We stayed in this farmhouse with friends for two nights, the room and bathroom look a bit dated, but that's the least, unfortunately once you entered the room you could smell a strong smell of mold coming from the closet. Breakfast Very good cakes.

We stayed one night in this green B&B, room with a spacious, clean bathroom, lake view from the outdoor terrace and a garden with a very clean olive garden, plenty of breakfast with sweets prepared by the owner, unfortunately there is no small courtesy kit in the bathroom, however highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed in this delicious farmhouse. Large and well-organized rooms. Very large bathroom with various support points, so everything very comfortable. Clean and terraced on rooftops with lake view. The structure is immersed in green, surrounded by olive trees and with a lot of outdoor space. Really a love affair. Great breakfast with side dishes, cake and donut rigorously made at home by the owner. What else to ask for at an farmhouse? Add the kindness and courtesy of the owners and daughter Mimma. Farmhouse in the middle, nice outdoor garden good breakfast but ahimé very uncomfortable bed and lack of a courtesy kit for the bathroom even on request, we were on the ground floor and there was enough noise coming from the top floor not to mention the toilet drain right on the head 😆🤣

It's a great farmhouse.

No more than 5 minutes from Marta is this quietly situated farmhouse. Very relaxing the garden among the olive trees. The managers are exquisite people. Unfortunately we were only one night but we really relaxed.
