The guy at the reception was nice and nice. The apartment was suitable for 4 people, the beds were comfortable, but the walls were to be bleached. The bathroom was a bit dated, there were no mosquito nets in the windows. The shower without docking, the apartment was clean enough, there was no sponge. There are few amenities in the area. 

Well, not very well.

We arrived late. Very easy to access following the directions of the reception that contacted us via whatsapp. I got off with the car in the underground parking lot is obvious a state of total neglect. Well and a parking lot... we go up with the elevator to the 5th floor where they reserved an apartment for us. At the entrance we notice that the sofa bed had not been opened (it was actually prepared but left closed). After opening it we go to sleep. At night and was quite tormented by nighttime debris on the street. In the morning we notice that the apartment is not kept very much.. dirty walls, bathroom without schuko, lava faucet that slides everywhere, with a cable that does not allow to be used dignifiedly, even in the absence of sunscreen, I would not be able to afford the price in the bathroom. If it were not for a competitive price, I would not be able to afford the room.

Only if you're looking for a cheap solution.

The photos are deceiving, the quality of the apartments has nothing to do with the photos, it's a real catfish. From the toilet with moisture on the walls and rust, broken doors, dirty walls, sofas with cigarette marks and cracks. I found all this in the apartment where I stayed. Not to mention that it's located in a bad part of town. I wouldn't recommend it at all!

Worst stay I ever had

We stayed in 2 apartments for a family holiday. The apartments were spacious, clean and modern Furnished. It has everything needed for a week. Air conditioning was not very good. Also communication was not very responsive. But we found out later their office closes Sunday and Monday. I d love to come back.

Pleasant stay

The apartment is large and well equipped despite the old equipment. The reception is remarkable for kindness and professionalism. The apartment is for 4 people but the dishes are not suitable.

Good address, but with good shoes.

The apartments are spacious and bright, but very poorly furnished, poorly clean and not functional. A nice large balcony but dirty and without even a table, a large bathroom but with a sink and a tiny mirror, with a very uncomfortable carrying handkerchief and towel bearers, without any supporting plan. The air conditioners don't work, the sofa is dirty and worn, it looks like it came out of a dumpster, the walls are braided, curtains and dirty glass, beds are embedded between windows and windows, not even a lamp on the dressing rooms and awful inguinal lights.

Potential wasted

I stayed in this place for one night, a large apartment, very good reception service, car seat (paid) however as it is written in the title there are wide margins of improvement, and without even making too much effort, for example lights on the empty dressing rooms, Ikea are cheap, you add clothes to the closets and then you make an extra effort two TVs in the respective rooms. The kitchen is new. Great location near the center, excellent quality price ratio if you don't have many claims. I will come back if you need me.

A liked · Very friendly and caring staff but can't do anything about the condition of the apartment. Good situation, with metro stop 10min walking or bus stop nearby. Stores are close to the shops. Didn't like · Lack of cleanliness The apartment wasn't ready at 3pm when we had warned about our arrival the dirty walls lacked upholstery in the kitchen elsewhere there was almost nothing Bad soundproofing of the windows in a noisy street of the apartment on the first floor side street. Really damaged space is good and large terrace but everything looks dirty.

It's cheap, but not top, doesn't match the official pictures.

The appointments are spacious and very new, friendly staff and the subway is just a few steps away, you can get to the mansion in 20 minutes.

That's nice.

This was one of the most unusual places we have stayed, but it was spacious, well maintained, had a good kitchenette, & was clean. If you are a traveler looking for ambience this is not the place for you, but otherwise it is a good place. It is difficult to describe the atmosphere here. Entering from the street and hearing the massive metal door clank shut behind you leaves you feeling as if you have just stepped into a spy novel. There is absolutely no lobby - just a door to an office where you check in. You are surrounded by walls of cement, a set of stairs, & an elevator at the other end of the corridor. I noticed some previous reviewers expressed concern about the hotel check out taxes that are not included in the hotel rate. This is an unusual experience for US travelers, and was probably exacerbated by the strange feel of this place, but the check out tax is common in Europe and to be planned for. All in all it is a good place to stay.
