It's definitely too high for the quality of the room and the area where the structure is located... common bathroom is very cold! In the room you will find a shower and a sink 😊 There should be more deck covers that freeze there!

Bad experience

Absolutely disgusting. 
Dust, spiderwebs everywhere, cold room, heater at the minimum ( no chance to adjust the temperature), no hot water...
The worst part. It smells like cigarettes as soon as you open the door. although the reception adviced that smoke is not allowed. It is just disgusting and I am not fuss about smoking, I have never been as most of my family is smoking. But that was too much. Come on, it costs £53 per night, not £20. There are places nearby of better condition for better /same price.

No hot water, no heater.

THEFT! BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL! I stayed there with friends in October. When we got back to the room the lock on the door was broken and the cameras in the corridor were turned off. Someone "broke" into the room and robbed us of all things (electronics, cosmetics, clothes, backpacks). The receptionist and the hotel owner were not at all surprised by this situation. They didn't help us. When they found out that there was also an iPhone hidden in the backpack, only then did they become interested that we should go to the police to block the phone... (you can find it by location).
It was not peaceful at night, someone was screaming and arguing all the time in the corridor.
The case was reported to the police. The next day (on the day of departure) the hotel staff said that the cameras will not be checked, because it does not make sense.
The hotel was supposed to report to the insurance company for compensation and to inform about the progress. After many messages, to this day we have not received any message or information..
Probably THE HOTEL ROBBED US of our room! Stay as far away as possible!
The worst night ever!

Theft! Beware of this hotel!!

First off all it's a hostel and not a hotel. There's a shower box in the corner of the room and a shared bathroom between the 7 rooms, it's too expensive compared to the service provided. I don't recommend it unless you're someone looking for a place to spend the night.

Not as expected and promoted

Our flight to Milan got canceled and we couldn’t make it in time for the check in in the hotel .We had booked for 6 nights 21/10 to 27/10 and kept asking them if we can just come 3 days late 24/10 and leave the same date as we would leave if we came from the beginning 27/10. It would have been our room neither way ..The guy at the reception kept telling us he is waiting for his boss to come and told that for 3 days straight .. we were already paying hotel in Rhodes and told them that we have to know is it possible to come or we should go back home (Karpathos)? He told us to message them on booking and we messaged 10 times!!! Called them 10 times and nobody helped us at all!!! 570€ just on the trash.. we didn’t get any answer nor we can’t go nor we can.... be careful guys ❤️

Awful

We slept like truffles underground in a good location, easily reachable center clean enough, noisy area, space pillows sleeping surreal, heavenly...

To begin with, it shouldn't even be called a hotel. It's without a doubt the worst hostel I've ever stayed in. The service is terrible, there were no bath towels, I asked for towels, and the boy gave me two hand towels and said that there were no bath towels. The bathroom water in the public bathroom was not heated. The rooms had no acoustics, you could hear the next room. The non-smoking room with the smell of cigarettes. The metro station is about a 15-minute walk away and there is no elevator. It's too expensive not to offer anything.

Horrible.

I went to this hotel and I got a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed because we were 3 people. We also had a TV in the room but it was very small, there is WiFi but the bathroom was not in the room but the common bathroom only shower and sink in the room!

Positive aspects: · The owners of the facility were quite good, they also gave you the option to pay everything in cash or if you wanted to continue the transaction started at the time of booking. - For the quality ratio price goes more than fine since you have a room (my was a double) with all shower and sink. - Cleanliness done well although however the facility being a little old had somewhere ruined it is perhaps a little dirty. - Large and clean towels. To whom you have the option to ask even others - Position is open both for the subway but for other services such as a boat a few meters away from the hotel, pizzeria with Neapolitan pizza the corner and behind a super penny behind the shoulders.

If you have any sense of adaptation, it's fine.

The common bathroom is the most disturbing aspect of all, although it was not dirty, it is not a feature of a hotel, even a 1-star hotel, but a youth hostel. The appearance of the room is neglected, although not particularly dirty (unless you get the unhealthy idea of opening the drawers of the dressing room). The shower does not shine and is not particularly inviting. There is no elevator, and it is located on the 2nd floor.
