Daniela was amazing. The wine tasting is a must-do. Don’t miss the olive oil. The best I have had and took a lot of it home. The view is amazing. Everything you need is in this villa. Don’t miss the restaurant within walking distance called Verde Quiete. 

Gorgeous Summer in Montaldo

We stayed together in the farmhouse where Daniela, a dear friend of mine, greeted us. I highly recommend the place, a magical landscape among the vineyards, a cellar with excellent wine, beautiful, elegant and very well-kept rooms. The hospitality of the highest level, we were immediately offered a glass of wine just arriving in front of the vineyard to relax from the trip.

Land for living in pairs

We stayed here with another couple of friends in a large, comfortable apartment on the ground floor. A cooking corner well equipped with dishwashers. It had a nice patio for outdoor dining. Pio, the owner, welcomed us with sympathy and made us feel at home. He also organized a pleasant tasting of local wines and offered us a bottle of tribute.

Dive in the vineyards

We were traveling to Marche region several years ago with family and stayed at the AGRITURISMO,  that was how we fell in love with this farmhouse, Pio the owner personally came early in the morning bringing us fresh bread, pastries, milk and juice. He later fought some wine to show us a little bit about each types, of wine, aroma and flavor. It really made our experiences unique, welcoming and enjoyable. We quickly became good friends. From then on,, each time we visited Marche. This is the one place we stay, quality and service have always been perfect, we love this farmhouse and will highly recommend 

The BEST FARMHOUSE 

We stayed here, my husband and my three daughters, in the week of August. A quiet, beautiful and very well-kept place. Excellent welcome. Pio is a great person. Our apartment INZOLIA amazing! The tasteful and very fine furnishings. Every convenience. Washing machine, dishwasher... oven... and 1 meter from the pool.

My family and I have been to a lot of farmhouses, but the kindness and availability we found here from Mr. Pio is truly unparalleled.

The difference is made by people...

Our first time in many years we returned to a place where we usually spend our Italian holidays in new places. But the memories of our last vacation in Montalto were so good that we had to return to the brands. So our expectations were very high, but Pio and Ana Maria were able to surpass everything again. Our apartment was once again exceptionally spacious and fully equipped. The cleanliness and care of the pool could bring a lot of attention to the example.

Unparalleled Hospitality

My companion and I stayed in Terre Vineate from 28 August to 3 September 2017. Beautiful, very clean, comfortable structure, made precious by the wonderful hospitality of Pio and Anna Maria, who made available to us the garden for the freshest products to collect and eat, the sweet grapes, the cellar of red, white and pink to draw on for a moment of relaxation and pleasure. The apartments are spacious, quiet, well furnished and themed, with comfortable and functional bathrooms. Rest here is ensured. The swimming pool available to guests is clean, cured and with a moffy view. A perfect agriturismo, with two people definitely demanding.

The magic of Piceno in a really perfect farmhouse

Hi I'm Luca and I stayed with my family at this property in the week of February.We found ourselves immediately at ease.The farmhouse is very nice in a panoramic location of great interest surrounded by vineyards and great relaxing views. The reception was excellent Annamaria immediately showed us our house....very large, clean and well prepared. We also found the refrigerator already ready with basic goods (including wine for the toast of the beginning of the holidays).Mr. Pio is an extraordinary person, culturally prepared, simple at the right place but humble and riding.

Feeling Cuddled

I stayed with my family at this farmhouse in the week of February, the owners Pio and Annamaria are very kind and hospitable people, beautiful the experience of searching for truffles and the evening wine tasting (the Mr. Pio is very prepared), the apartments are clean and spacious, immersed in the relaxing hills of vineyards, garden available to the guests, outdoor space for children, swimming pool very well kept and spectacular panorama; in five minutes' drive you reach the center of Montalto, a really nice village. In half an hour's drive you reach Grottammare and / or San Benedetto del Tronto, beautiful seaside locations.
