Very clean room and very well maintained structure in a peaceful area, the owner has been very friendly and friendly, highly recommended for those who are nearby and visiting the small village.

We were in this b and b for two nights, me, my companion and my puppy. We found everything we wanted, a place of peace, a very beautiful structure with a garden of 10 and praise and above all the great courtesy and availability of the property that we thank from the heart.

Advice: for those who want to spend a long weekend relaxing in the Sabina, great to accommodate the B&B Uliveto di Montebuono, Very cute, Clean Rooms, and Cozy...

B&B Beautiful and Cozy

I was with my classmates in this B&B to celebrate 100 days of the maturity exam. Beautiful experience. The owner had assigned us the ground floor and the second floor (she lives in the 1st if I'm not mistaken), and although we weren't the ideal guests (ball music until late, sbronzi casino and stadium choirs for 2 nights in a row :)) she treated us well without ever making us weigh anything. The house has a huge ground floor table where we can all eat together in the warm atmosphere created by the fireplace. There is a large number of beds available (between the upper and lower) perfect for these occasions.

Weekend for the 100 days

Flawless accommodation, clean room and plenty of breakfast, everything you can visit at your fingertips, a strategic place for an alternative weekend to discover little-known but extremely interesting places and immersed in the peace of nature!

Weekend out of the door!

We have been coming to the B&B LUliveto for two years now for the medieval festival of Poggio di Otricoli and, as every year, we can say to ourselves that this time too we are fully satisfied! Mrs. Luisa's hospitality is always exceptional, the rooms are very well furnished and very clean, and the terrace has a beautiful view! What to say, whether you are in the vicinity for a business trip, or for leisure, or a vacation with friends, I strongly recommend that you stay overnight in this wonderful place.

It's spectacular.

After 3 years of living in the beautiful and organized Switzerland the confrontation was terrible, but Mrs. Luisa managed to meet all my expectations and welcomed me as a prodigal son. The structure is very clean. The large living room of the common area, where breakfast is served, has a fireplace. The rooms are large and the bathrooms are comfortable, in my cera even a hand-embroidered towel! Even the parking is not a problem and Lolita (my dog) enjoyed free-scooting in the garden. Mrs. Luisa has cocked me since I arrived until when I left... and I really needed it.

Returning to Italy after 3 years in Switzerland

We stayed for Easter in the villa consisting of 3 living rooms with fireplace and living kitchen. Luisa the owner welcomed us with courtesy and sympathy by providing us with wood for the fireplace and for the barbecue. The cleaning of the villa was impeccable. It would have been perfect if we had found ourselves even more immersed in nature but the holiday was still a success. The place is beautiful in a quiet countryside setting despite having all the comforts and services. I forgot the free Wi-Fi.

Easter in relaxation

Lovely lady Luisa who welcomes guests like family, beautiful rooms, spacious and tastefully furnished, managed to cope with air conditioning and ventilators the unusual heat for those places, breakfast rich with homemade cakes and jams, splendid collaboration during the preparation of the wedding preparation.

Marriage of nephews

We went to stay 3 nights in this beautiful town. We loved our stay and the place was clean and roomy. However the allowance of smoking in terraces and surrounds meant that if someone was staying who smoked that's what you smelt as soon as you left your room.  The time of year meant it was very hot and so without individual air conditioned rooms it was very hot in your sleeping area. The communal area is interesting without the host it's like a shared uni flat without knowing who is there. So if that's not for you don't stay here. However despite the lack of commodities it's a quaint place
