Given the considerable discrepancy between the reviews I decided to document this one with photographs. We stayed the night between 16 and 17 September. Beautiful location, large and comfortable parking, large and very well maintained garden, beautiful exterior structure. The room was small, without air conditioning (there was a column fan placed in the room vds. photo), the refrigerator was not working, the electric sockets badly fitted and old (vds. photo), a blind bathroom with wall tiles and a ceiling with obvious traces of wet (vds. photo), a separate bathroom door frame, a fixed shower and placed high up (the jolt necessarily ticks the heads), a mirror and a lamp with a suitable aperture (vds. photo).

I don't recommend this facility.

There's a lot to tell beginning in describing the lunch organized by a volunteer association Saturday 16 us initially the price agreed with the owner was €35 per person (both meat and fish menu) drinks and coffee included (the sweet offered by one of our partners) a few hours before lunch we find out that the price was varied and we would have to pay €40 per person for the addition of an outline considering that many of us were coming from other Lazio provinces we accepted but the surprise comes at the end of the meal at the time of the bill the owner on a simple sheet of paper begins to bring weight weight that only he can understand and he asks us for €40 for the menu and €43 for the menu that is worth spending (the very first dish of the dish was probably not paid for the previous night maybe the price was not paid) we certainly did not have to ask for a lot of money but we have to book a room with the hotel room with a lot more than €90 for the room with the room with the room with the room with the room with the room with the room with the room with the room with the room with the room with the room with the

An Experience to Be Forgotten

My wife and I stayed two nights at this place, and the whole place was pleasing to us, the beautiful outdoors, with a lake view, the beautiful green pool, the very kind and generous owner, our only room that should have been renovated.

Relaxing living room

The hotel shows signs of the times, although a part of it has been recently renovated, and has generally been refreshed recently. The triple and quadruple rooms, at least in my experience, are a kind of punishment for families: absolutely risky spaces and not suitable for more than two adventurers. The showers are really tiny, and the bathrooms without windows, in general, the room size is very small, and it is hard even to support a beauty in the bathroom. We hope to complete the renovation soon as well.

Great location, hotel not as good.

Just a road separating it from the lake shore. Suggesting view from the room, comfortable, wide, fairly clean. A recently renovated suite, with a wonderful water tank, a very good bed, only water in the fridge bar, and all the other amenities. The tub and sinks are visible in the room, the bidet and cup are in a ventilation room, it's always good to keep the door open. Some spiders here and there in the corridors, but with trees and nature all around. Even the good restaurant, a large menu, but I only ate simple dinners under the porch overlooking the sunset, in the company of flying insects. Breakfast with a good chance to ask for some other fresh and available service.

I understand the costs of the renovation, but there would be great benefits, and maybe a manager wouldn't mind.

I recommend a room with a lake view, wonderful... friendly staff, room not very big but clean with a nice balcony where you can enjoy the sunset.

A spectacular view of the lake

The lake view is practically the only value that you can subscribe to this hotel. For the rest of the room, it's fatigued and full of cockroaches, with windows that don't open, the shower drain is clogged and the walls of poison paper, breakfast below average and warm reception. For the sake of the location, which is still wonderful, please: sell the structure to someone who has the possibility to invest some money to renovate it, because this is scandalous.

A disaster.

We had a nice room directly overlooking the lake, comfortable size and decent bed. Best part about our stay was the lunch in their restaurant, as it was quiet we didn't expect much but it was the best meal we had in a 10 day trip to Italy. I enjoyed the pasta with shrimps and we also had the vongole, simply amazing.

The owners are super super friendly people, very accommodating and kind. They are always there to answer all of your questions and clearly have heart for their business. We would come back.

Room with a view

Hotel not very modern, but cozy rooms, ours had no view of the lake but in the back, clean bathroom and spacious rooms, very kind staff, proper breakfast, proper quality ratio, price.
