Very nice place! Marco, the very friendly and welcoming owner. A very quiet and relaxing place. Three couples, the weekend of February. Everything very clean and neat in every detail. Really delicious food and excellent wine!!! We will definitely be back. Really very satisfied.

It's a beautiful place with 7-8 well-finished rooms and a courtyard where you can have breakfast next to the pool.

A corner of heaven

The room is very clean and with everything needed for breakfast, a peaceful corner in the vineyards, the owner of the house is very generous and kind, I recommend you, we will definitely return.

Relax among the vineyards

A special review of this facility and its manager, Marco. He welcomed us and cocked us up from the first moment with attention and availability. Everything very simple but extremely neat, starting with breakfast in the garden and ending with lunch. To the pool a special dedication because it is wonderful! Marco also sent us home a shirt that we had forgotten in the room, he was really kind. We hope to come back soon to visit him for a super regenerative weekend in the Roero.

A relaxing and refreshing weekend and a wonderful pool.

Nice place. Small and secluded structure in the Roero convenient to reach Dawn. Beautiful bike paths surrounding the green. Very nice and well maintained swimming pool. Fantastic swimming pool in a really relaxing setting. I recommend especially if you are looking for an oasis of tranquility

Fantastic pool

We stayed for a weekend in this house about 15 minutes from the centre of Alba; Marco, the manager, accompanied us to our very clean and complete bathroom products (from the brush to the body cream in sealed packages). We put our luggage down, showed us the crutin, a wine cellar selected from the territory enclosed in a kind of cave and offered us a tasting of wines (very appreciated since it was time for the aperitif!). An extra star would only deserve it for its courtesy and readiness to give us information about the area and everything else. He explained to us the new management and the almost finished works of the magnificent pool in front of the structure; in the room we had coffee machines and a boiler with products to make a first tasting that we enjoyed. In the house we finally got to see how beautiful the pool is but we didn't get to see the panorama of the beautiful columns.

An Oasis of Peace

My friends and I just spent a night with the very kind Mrs. Monica. The rooms are really beautiful with every comfort, incredible view and a wonderful peace among the vineyards. But above all breakfast has been described by all of us as superlative - really something to remember! I would recommend anyone to stay in this property, among other things 2 minutes from one of the best wineries in the area.

It's really nice.

We were welcomed when we arrived and we were allowed to have a room with a large private balcony and shade. It was very good! The room is standard, rather small. For 65€, it's okay. We brought the two baby beds, I don't think there was any down there. There was just enough room to put the two beds. Madam speaking only Italian, the contact was not so easy that... What's disturbing is the insulation in the rooms. We hear everything, the scooter that leaves in the morning, the people talking, the dogs barking (and the children crying...).

Nice reception and beautiful views from the bedroom

Positive: The room with the large terrace was very nice and the rooms had a refrigerator. The mattress was comfortable. Negative: The reception by the owner was cool. There were no friendly greetings. She accompanied us to the room, asked for a card and handed out the key. We had to ask for the Wi-Fi password and also when there was breakfast. The owner usually stayed in the room next door and obviously liked to spend her time in front of the TV. This was not as shown on the Internet. There was no cheese, no sausages, no fresh confectionery. Just because I declared as breakfast breakfast breakfast in the morning, and it said that every morning at seven o'clock, and then we had to wait until the next morning, since all the other guests had been working and we had touring around five o'clock in the morning, and since the next morning at five o'clock, we had to get a minimum, and since the next morning at five o'clock, all the guests had to come back to the house.

Weekend in the Roero

As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Marco, the boss, as if we were at home. Available, warm, generous are the qualifications for this family that runs this charming little hotel. Having booked 4 rooms, we occupied the entire first floor. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, with access to a common balcony, which runs along the building. For 3 of them. The 4th has a small private terrace. A generous breakfast will be served with fresh produce, jams, fruits, etc. And what about Fritelle di mele...the apple pies are so delicious...M thank you for your welcome...we will come back!!!
