Good value and location and parking, however there were a few deficiencies that marred our stay. There is no air conditioning, kitchen wasn't adequately stocked for a family stay and wifi did not function for the whole stay.

The apartment was spacious with 2 bathrooms and clean. Parking available on the street out front with a supermarket close by.

Location is not central Offida. Area is Borgo Miriam and you must have your own transport to get around.

Good value for family visit

The room is part of an apartment, very spacious , very clean, the bathroom is private but outside the room. The kitchen is huge with a dining area fully equipped with stove and a fridge and all silverware.  No TV in the room but in the common area. 

Very hospitable owner and very nice room

Apartment on the ground floor of a mansion. Kitchen and common room. Terrace with spectacular views of the valley. Very clean room. Free parking in front of the house. Greatly recommended as a support point for visiting the city or for work.

That's a great place to rest.

We found it with Booking, we chose it because it is located in a commune with one of the most beautiful medieval villages in central Italy. The structure is about five minutes' drive from the historic center. It is in a very quiet area, from one of the rooms you enjoy a wonderful view. The common areas are spacious and comfortable, there is a whole kitchen functioning, we even found a bottle of bitter available. The perfect cleaning of every corner and the kindness and warmth of the management complete the picture more than positive. I would definitely recommend it.

Comfortable, quiet, very clean

We stopped to break the journey to the pug, a few hours before arriving he kindly contacted us Giuseppe, the manager, very nice and available, when we arrived, after showing us the apartment kindly suggested where to go for dinner and what to visit the same evening. Very clean and cozy the apartment that offers 2 rooms with shared bathroom, a living room with kitchen available (complete of everything).

Traveling South

We stayed in 5 for only one night and it was enough to see how clean and comfortable this room was. It is located in a fraction of Offida, about 3 km from the historic center. It is a large apartment with three rooms and a common bathroom, but we were lucky as the only guests that evening, so everything for us. There is also the kitchen to warm up something or make coffee. Large, well-sounded and clean rooms, as well as the bathroom with sink/towel, hygiene products, phon and towel sets for everyone. I was impressed by the kindness and availability of Mr. Joseph who welcomed us and called us to give us the necessary directions and information for the visit. We have found the city!!!
