Just returned from 4 days of snowboarding. We stayed at Goles yet again on half board basis due to its location on the slopes and home from home accommodation. Spa included sauna and steam room, but missing the hot tub that has been removed (hope you get another).  Wi-fi wasn't available to guests this time which was a shame (network signal strength good enough for own mobile data). Food was good (antipasto and steaks excellent) and very good table service. The place came alive at the weekend during the daytime hours, with DJ outdoors, and the log fire lit inside. Big shout out to John who stood out, working tirelessly during our stay, and being warm, welcoming and having a sense of humour. Will be looking to book up for the 2023/24 season soon!

We waited half an hour to order. Once we ordered the dishes, they didn't see each other for an hour and when we tried to order the dessert they told us we should wait another hour.

Pessimi

After defining the thing together with the very kindly Mrs. Monia, we were found at 19 o'clock in front of the Enzo Moro hotel for the climb with the snow cat. A really fun experience especially for children and a very kind driver. When we arrived at Goles we found the table booked in the Taverna very cozy and reserved, all made of wood. The staff is really all very kind but professional. Very well eaten (cotechino cakes and frant formats, skier's dish, onion soup, Gnocchi al ragù, wienerschnitzel and fried potatoes,...). Good and excellent at the birrainer. Completed August with some sweets. Very good the strudel and vanilla wine sauce.

It's perfect.

6 kids..good music, good food and lots of fun  We went through a lot of different downs from December 26th to 28th, lots of young people, so much good music and SUPER food.

I'm not going to lie to you.

We stopped for a restaurant at the end of the skiing and saw the sun and we sat outdoors. Shortly afterwards they wanted to put on our blanket, 2 paper towels, but we said we didn't know whether to drink or eat anything, so they brought us the list. Then they forgot us and only after we were relieved we were able to draw the attention of the careless waiters to order a soup and a red beer, which was marked on the menu, which is not present, so I opted for a glass of Merlot from the house. On the menu, varied and welcoming, I did not find the additives. Good soup of Cypriot. The bill was: 14 euros for soup and a glass of wine with the wine covered. I think paying for a cup of wine with the wine covered is better than paying for a cup of wine, which is already at a high price, but I pay a good price from a bottle of Cypriot.

High prices

It's always charming, but it's a place to forget. It's too bad for a place that's so unique.

Sleeping but not eating

I've been going to the Zoncolan and the Goles hut for years...this year something has changed is the third Sunday that the quality of the food is bad....so much so that today I felt obliged to report to the management.

Poor food quality

At the outer kiosk cashier on the 60th with red hair extremely rude. The reason for the stiffness was probably to have kindly asked her for a small beer (in the face of a total non-minor expense). Answer: I finished the glasses! I ask her if it was possible to fill the large glass less since the menu included the small beer. In response a no stiff! Strategy evidently studied since a few days later they had finished the glasses again, thus forcing customers to take only medium beer.

A rude cashier

Enchanting place, magical silence in the evening, during the day, cheerfulness and smiles. Cordial and friendly staff, always ready to meet any request. Excellent regional, yet sophisticated cuisine, with high-quality ingredients. The cabin is tastefully furnished in full style. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Perfect for couples and families.

We booked the 30th for the 1st of January, very happy to have found a place because a couple of years ago we had found each other well. As soon as we arrived we asked for our table, the waiter goes q look for it then passes by and he says nothing, we ask after a while the boss who tells the usual waiter to take us to the table, our table was divided, from one side into a small one for three people, from the other for five, so they take us to a room on the ground floor without finishing, but we go. Then we ask for two plates of customers also in white, usually the waiter tells us that it is not possible. We ask the boss, and finally we ban pasta. We order a first one of pasta pasta in a pot of fried pasta that comes from fried pasta, fried pasta from the state, the other for five people, so we can always pay for it, and then we go to the bottom of the country, so we can always go to the top of the order, so that we can always pay for it, and then we can go to the bottom of the country, where we would not pay for it.
