I'm sorry, but there's a lot to improve, simple I can understand, but dirty no, and I have to say that this room hasn't been thoroughly cleaned for a long time, and I had to kill at least three insects on the walls, the spiders from the wall to the dressing room, the walls and the bathroom linens are dirty gray, and I could go on with so many other details, unfortunately for necessity we needed a bed for two nights, but I really think those rooms and the adjacent garden would need a nice disinfection, I hope the owner can figure out, maybe now I'll take a picture so maybe he knows where to start

By necessity

We were the only guests, in one of the 3 rooms upstairs (the owners live downstairs), big and comfortable, big conformable bathroom, nice furniture, kind of ancient, much better than the standard one. Everything clean and well kept. 
You have access to a kitchen, where we found the breakfast ready in the morning (espresso machine, hot water for tea, a fresh croissant. Other pastries and biscuits were more on the industrial side. Missed other items like bread and jam or yogurt, but probably this was due to low season and a last minute reservation).
Better to have a car (even if probably a bus is also available) as the city center is a bit far, on a uninteresting road, and there is no restaurants nearby. 

Quite, clean and nice place, kind hosts

I only stayed one night, comfortable room, very nice owner and sincere breakfast, great apple pie and brioche, coffee espresso like at home, OLMO a puppy that leaves a mark on you, if I come back from Parma it will definitely be my b&b.

Like at home.

I stayed alone, one night for work. The manager welcomed me very warmly and fairly. The space available is well managed, the cleaning is impeccable, the furnishings are satisfactory. Good morning breakfast gently prepared for the time the client asks. Maybe the winter month doesn't help, but the entrance to the garden and the green could be more neat. I would recommend it.

Homey as homey.

Family and very cozy environment, in a comfortable position. The hotel owners and Irene are very kind and available people who make you feel at home. A spacious, well-maintained and very quiet room. An abundant and varied breakfast.

The best in Parma in every strategic location, courtesy, cleaning etc... quality price excellent recommendation to everyone this place there is the kitchen and breakfast and excellent everything then Mr. Alberto available in everything.

Small B&B 10 minutes from the centre of Parma in a quiet and quiet area. Simple room, but with all amenities, very clean, breakfast varied and abundant. Extreme courtesy and availability of the owner. Free Wi-Fi, possibility of parking in front of the B&B. Easy to reach. Not recently: no extra charge for the dog (although small they almost always ask me at least 10 Euro extra per night).

located in a very quiet place but still not far from the center, I found hospitality and professionalism.
clean, sunny rooms, private bathroom, air conditioning, wi-fi internet connection, flat screen television .. in short, every comfort to feel good.
Very good and rich breakfast, jam and biscuits, hot milk, coffee, tea, pastries, hot croissants. all this at 40 euro!

It was a great place to stay overnight, even for several nights, but for us it was just a pass, the friendly guests, the generous breakfast, the perfect bed, all the comforts we needed.

It's perfect.

Nice and convenient room, excellent breakfast, very friendly landord- perfect. We spent 4 nights with our two small children at Alla Villa and felt very welcome. 10 Minuten by car to the city center. Bus stop situated near by.
