I spent one night in this property and I found myself very well. The owners are friendly and very available, the property is well maintained, clean and comfortable, and strategically close to Cortina. Among other things, Eugenio, the owner is also an excellent amateur photographer, able to recommend and illustrate all the local beauties.

Comfort and professionalism

We stayed in an apartment for a week and it was a wonderful experience! The location of the property is in a small village not far from Cortina. The apartment is equipped with all the comforts, it seems to be in its own home and the courtesy of the owners makes everything very relaxing and pleasant. A special thanks to Eugenio who gave us many useful tips for excursions and for eating. We will definitely return!

Courtesy and Comfort

We stayed for 5 nights at this B&B the week of August and the following one booking from a well-known booking site on Line. Already before arrival we were able to appreciate the courtesy of the owners who responded promptly to some of our emails and ensuring us a check-in out of time. The property is located in a quiet location, in a small village (Peaio) on the road leading to Cortina at a distance of about 20 km from the latter, so very convenient to reach many excursion sites in summer and ski slopes in winter. As for the unique logistics of the new building is just the road that leads to Cortina: in times of greater prosperity we are likely to find some convenience of the most demanding places and the most polite location.

Calmness, comfort and courtesy

We were here on the night of 23/4 for a reunion with schoolmates, me with my family, my brother with his and other schoolmates. Just one night was enough to understand how much the owner cares about the well-being of his customers. Perfectly prepared rooms, impeccable cleaning, furnishings and classroom finishes, fantastic original 700 portico (I believe...)...not to mention breakfast with great, rather fantastic cakes made by the excellent wife the brownie.

Repatriated

Nice coconut, cozy, good breakfast with homemade cakes and fresh fruit, clean and neat in detail, nice garden geese, nice view, nice meeting between ancient and modern, spectacular view...

A little bit.

My girlfriend and I were there two years ago and we found each other perfectly. friendly and sympathetic available owners, they showed us the neighborhood well and recommended great places for dinner. Super breakfast of every taste (both sweet and salty).

3 days to remember

We were amazed that this little hotel gave us so much, great rooms, very clean, everything we needed was there, the owner set with us and helps plan the next day and if that wasn't enough he printed a map with the preferred rout and locations.
in the morning they served us with a homemade breakfast everything was fresh and good. best rooms.
we are definitely coming back if we will be at this area again and will recommend to everyone we know to go to this hotel - perfect 10!!!.

Very good hotel and great owner

I stayed here with a group of friends for a skiing weekend and we were just amazed at how generous and kind our hosts Eugenio and his wife were. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, we were treated incredibly well. Aside from the wonderful hospitality, Alla Regia is a charming place which is spotlessly clean and very well appointed with all of the modern comforts. I would highly recommend it.

A wonderful stay!

Travelling through the dolomites which is an amazing location with nature at its best,my wife and I plus two of our dear Canadian friends stayed at Alla Regia for two nights. The hotel is very comfortable with all that is needed for a stop over or to come up for air whilst hiking. The man and wife team hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodating and genuinely interested in us as quests. The breakfast was superb... all in all faultless for what you pay. The stairs going up to the accommodation area were stunning...sometimes you have to look down as well as around and up!

FAR FROM THE MADDING CROWD..

I stayed here for 5 nights and explored the area with my children by bike on " La lunga via dei Dolomiti". Eugene was a fantastic host to us from beginning to end. Great warm reception, looked after us when we needed a ride to Cortina in bad weather and resolved all issues quickly and with a smile. His wife even kindly helped us with our laundry!! This was service and helpfulness beyond anyone´s expectations!!! 
We had a self-contained apartment away from the main house. The apartments there are perfect if you like to feel like you are at home away from home. The only issue was a shower which was not draining adequately and this was swiftly resolved by giving us access to the shower in the neighbouring apartment for our use. Wifi was available only from the main house. 
We truly enjoyed our stay here  and would highly recommend Alla Regia to other travellers looking for a holiday with a special touch and with excellent value...
