Location chosen for the 18th birthday party: menus, service and courtesy really excellent!! Excellent quality/price ratio given the abundance, variety, refinement and quality of the dishes (including gluten-free or food intolerance dishes)!

Excellent experience, something in the hotel structure can improve, but as for the restaurant is the TOP!!!! They treated us very well, the quality of the food is excellent, the courtesy of the staff... and then I add and not least the attention they put on the gluten-free food, our daughter didn't miss anything...Thanks to all the staff!

I went to work, out of season, but the rooms are not up to a 4 star, or at least not the room that was assigned to me. The furniture is definitely dated, and so the laundry in the room and bathroom, my room also had the curtain of the broken window (ripped) and the window itself was closing badly; the bathroom is definitely old, with rust, a small shower plate, floor, old, with a curtain that necessarily supports the bathroom! The restaurant rooms are probably for this and, I imagine, for the kitchen, which I did not have a chance to try, it is also a location for parties and evenings, but the rooms are not suitable! Also, if you want to be a location for parties, you have to make sure that you do the repeat work!

Necessity of work

This year on vacation, we wanted to try the cuisine of this renowned restaurant and what can we say? simply fantastic! Large celiac menu with bread and pasta made at home by Mrs. Lilli, super prepared for people like me who are celiac. My husband was also very satisfied. highly recommended and as soon as we return to Pulsano we will definitely return. thanks for the great experience.

We stayed for a week in this wonderful facility. We stayed in a four-bedroom room that was detached from the central body and faced directly over the pool, it was wonderful from the terrace of the room. I had total control over the children who were in the pool. Two are the strengths of this hotel, the PRIMO is the endless availability of everyone, but just everyone starting from the owners to the rest of the staff, we felt cooking always caring, always present.

I'm going to take a vacation.

Excellent place ! Gorgeous views, beautiful and clean rooms. The staff was very kind and always helpful, amazing people. I recommend the restaurant as well, they serve the best food in town, their pastas are delicious.

The hotel is very well situated, the rooms are well equipped and the hotel's restaurant (Michelin Sterne!) is excellent even for apical conditions with exquisite fish dishes.

Very good hotel with excellent restaurant

We stumbled upon this restaurant on our first night in Pulsano after walking past pizza joints and others where the food was on paper plates. It seemed empty but we were just early. We were worried about how pricey it was going to be given that we hadn’t seen a menu, the waiter chose our local wine and the chef chose the seafood starters. We went on to have a seafood pasta and coffee and liqueurs. Wow what a meal. Outstanding. The service was impeccable too. We’ve already booked for Friday night.

Excellent Quality/Price Ratio is Due to Thank The Staff and All The Organization of the Hotel The Grill to satisfy guests takes even soul. Bathing Locations without any entertainment and urban furnishings Beautiful structure, with guidelines contained Classic room with its boundaries and clean environments. Very Decorative and available staff starting from The Director and his Collaborators except some employees. The very elegant restaurant, Good kitchen, Professional service demonstrating patience and willingness to meet my requests but with Internal Standards. Comfortable with parking and a few to access to both the most renowned establishments and the beach free. We will be back in good condition!
