I spent a weekend with my wife on 25/26 May in this B&B. I would say that the choice was excellent: comfortable room, tastefully furnished and with everything you need. Park around very well kept and relaxing for reading. Good base for excursions (Matera/Bari/Alberobello and several locations on the sea).

The weekend

We decided to stay in Tenuta Colavecchio, because it was in the center of the area's attractions, a few minutes from Monopoli, Polignano, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Martinafranca, Putignano and other places in the area. The house is a lovely mansion, restored and cared for to the smallest of details. Surrounded by gardens, it consists of several rooms, each with the name of a grape:). In which we stayed we could see how the cleaning and the care of the decoration are great. And the owner, Rosalba, is a charmer. If you see from the first minute the passion with which he opens his house, you will feel like you're in the house, you'll enjoy the taste of the classic, you'll make sure that you're not overwhelmed by the taste of the local area, but you'll probably experience the exquisite taste of the local area, as well as the taste of the local music, you'll probably experience the experience of the surrounding area!

An unforgettable experience.

We were here last summer....This B&B is in a strategic place to visit northern Puglia: Alberobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Putignano, Polignano and even Matera. That part of Puglia is beautiful, as much as the south. In this B&B it's like being at home, the Rosalba makes you feel part of the family, so much so that it gives you the keys to do what you want. It's a great housewife makes you comfortable, gives you great advice on what to see. Breakfast is abundant and with typical Puglian products.

How to be at home

Ideal place to spend a few days away from the urban chaos and to enjoy the silence of a carefully and stylishly maintained estate. Very nice, cozy and furnished room with fridge bar and TV (absolutely useless in my way of conceiving a b&b....although I understand that customers also want these services). Breakfast is abundant and very good. If you are staying, I recommend you visit their cellar and buy both their wine and the products on display, especially the wine taralli

A Wonderful Stay

We were on vacation in this house and everything was fabulous, especially the owner Rosalba who gave us a cocktail and recommended us to explore the surroundings.

It's spectacular.

A very gentlemanly villa, in a quiet but very close position to the center of Putignano. Mrs. Rosalba welcomes the guests making them feel at home. Always smiling, kind and cordial. She prepares excellent breakfasts, varied, abundant, with typical products. The rooms are beautifully furnished, very clean. I strongly recommend spending a few days in this charming dwelling.

Beautiful home

An 18th-century villa with a very refined and friendly atmosphere, you will be greeted by a charming lady who will do all the honors of the house, a very romantic room where you can taste the wine produced by the Tenuta Colavecchio.

Tenuta Colavecchio is a beautifully restored house situated in the countryside central to most of the tourist attractions of the area.
It was a pleasure to stay. Our room was delightful with all the modern conveniences required, wifi, air con etc.
Above all, Rosalba was the perfect hostess, providing plenty of ideas of places to visit and restaurants in which to eat.  Her breakfasts were delicious, as good as any we have eaten during our visits in Italy, and certainly set us up for the day.
We would certainly recommend Tenuta Colavecchio  and hope one day to return for a longer stay.

Beautiful house

I decided to spend one overnight in this charming place. Rosalba is one perfect host and give you the feeling to welcome home.  The rooms are nice and warm . Breakfast is like a dream.
Over all is one of the best place that I stay in this region. Is also one vinery whee you can buy their own products .))

Charming relax

A magical place especially at the end of the day, to discover when visiting the Valle d'Itria (Alberobello, Martinafranca, Cisternino, Monopoli, Polignano). the village of Putignano just next door also deserves the discovery (an excellent restaurant address: SCinua) very good beaches around Monopoli and Polignano. Everything is decorated with taste and charm! the welcome is warm, you feel at home, in peace and serenity. Breakfast is excellent. do not miss a visit to the cellar and tasting the products! in short, a haven of peace! whether you are alone or alone!
