Friends of Weekend First Class, I came back and I delved deeper by viewing the golf course and I had the perception of a major improvement, the new management has done substantial work to improve the course, which today is truly of the highest level.

Significant improvement in golf courses

Friends of Eating Well and Healthy, I really like this place in the middle of the green and quiet, there is a new management of the bar lounge restaurant by Matilde Golf and I stopped in the lounge to eat, the quality is like the restaurant, I didn't enjoy the hotel. I start with a dish of Brodo Cappellati in Good Meat and continue with a Boiled Manzo in Green Salsa and chili in contour, very soft and good meat and spicy sauce and chili.

New management at the bar, restaurant and lounge

As for many Italian golf courses this beautiful and playful course also has problems of an economic nature that make it, for some details, to be reviewed: bunker and green on all. The Secretariat is rational, the dressing rooms have sufficient spaces, quite clean, small maintenance absent. It was a rather reserved circle, now open to all. The bar is functional, the restaurant only during the races. The location is really nice, the route to the structure is very close to the city.

Golf Club Course: Beautiful layout of the course, each hole is different from the other.

Excluding the greens, more than a golf course is a municipal park, worse than that. You went on a Saturday for a US kids stop, a lot of people, and there wasn't even a restaurant and service, because you were busy for a wedding.

Great potential, very nice location, very nice room, but you breathe very little traffic, the rooms taste like they've been closed for too long.

Beautiful with a firm flavor

We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful hotel. The location is unique, simply wonderful. The house has flair and atmosphere. The rooms are very large, spacious and clean. The size of the rooms is really remarkable. The night porter was very friendly and we would like to thank you again very much.

It's perfect.

I have rarely experienced such a difference between a perfect website and reality. The staff spoke little English (German not at all), had no idea (..no with the golf club next door, with the same name we have nothing to do and there is also no discount). Wrongly so. Rooms were in need of renovation (see pictures), on TV only 300 Italian channels, no cost in English or German. The external system was unattended (rits in the walls, grass and weed on the W. The standard price is 200 euros per night. 200 euros per week would be acceptable. The room is cold and carg. Practically no decoration. The bathroom needs to be thoroughly cleaned once. The toilet was cleaned and packed at the earliest.

Got down with incompetent staff

We were very surprised by this establishment when we visited the area in the middle of the day. It is a relatively recent building, and offers quality comfort with a view of the golf course. The bed is good, the decor of the rooms is rather cold and kitch. This hotel is surprising because of the good comfort it offers, and the atmosphere of a completely abandoned and unmaintained hotel with minimal service. It is advisable to look for prices on the Internet to make a good deal, the displayed rate of €250 to €370 per night for the room we have occupied, being quite unreasonable for the proposed quality. Unless it is Italian aesthetic standards. Apart from this detail, I recommend this establishment.

It's a surprising hotel.

Our 3-day stay was part of a Travelbird arrangement which included an excursion, a diner and wellness facilities (e.g. sauna, massage, Turkish bath). Despite the advertisement, the wellness facilities were closed for the summer, we were told. Instead we received tickets for the large and guarded swimmingpool situated at the adjacent golf-course. No hotel bar, although the receptionist acts also as selling point, so for drinks we walked to the adjacent golf bar. Nice short walk along the golf. The room was huge, comfortable and quiet, but there are no dining facilities in the hotel. Dining facilities at the golf are rather expensive. The breakfast was good enough. Since a diner was part of our arrangement, we received a ticket for a restaurant at some distance, which was not bad at all. The hotel is quite large, with several wings but at this time of the year (early June) not very crowded. The gardens were beautifully designed but not well kept and dirty. The parking garage is situated in the basement of the building. Be aware of the steep entrance lawn which might damage the front of your sportscar. From the garage easy access  to the reception and rooms with elevators. Great for golf enthousiasts. Modena and Parma are the nearest cities. 
We discovered a huge and excellent pizza restaurant in the neighbourhood, crowded with Italian families.

Unexpected

Definitely a hotel with many more stars than the conquies advertises itself. They sell a 4* superior when it barely reaches a 3*. Falling bathroom plugs, completely oxidized shower padding, not to mention the attention of the reception staff. A hotel that offers a swimming pool, even in the room you leave the entrances of the same, but what's the surprise! What if you want to give you a chapuzon, apart from having to walk about 400 meters. They charge you 10€ per person, since the swimming pool does not belong to the hotel but to the Solo golf course.
