This is a budget Hotel located within a few minutes walk from the Rome train station. 
They also have a kitche you can use.

The rooms were nice and clean. The property's caretaker was very warm and nice.

Good Location, Budget Hostel

It doesn't meet the promised conditions (no breakfast, no wifi, no closets) in the shared room of 4 women.

No vayan

I was meant to stay 3 nights in the Mia Lodge. I met the girl at the bar as agreed but she brought me to a different hostel owed by the same guy. When this was questioned they said it was to give me a room of my own but the room I was put into was full. The place I was brought to was more like a flat/apartment with 3 beds in one tiny grimy room. The smell in the bedroom was so bad I couldn't possibly stay there. There was no kitchen and it was two flights up until I even got to the lift to bring me to the floor with the hostel. I arranged a refund with Booking.com as I wasn't brought to the property I booked and made alternative arrangements. The lady in charge of the hostel was really confrontational when she was told I was getting a refund and kept trying to talk down to me. I can't comment on the actual hostel as they didn't bring me there but I would advise anyone not to book with them as you too could end up where I was expected to stay.

Brought to wrong hostel

This B&B is very well located for those arriving at Termini, from walking to the hostel, the room is just for the cleanest shared bathroom price, and with a kitchen with a fridge and stove for everyone.

It's a good hostel.

We were supposed to be staying on Via Santa Maria Maggiore but we finally stayed on Via Paolina in a rather old building, a rather simple but perfectly functional apartment that served its purpose well for a few days' getaway. Excellent wireless internet signal, but poor isolation with the next room and a lot of noise from the street, is probably the price to pay to stay in the center. The owner's bar was closed when we arrived, we had to connect him on his mobile phone and he quickly sent us a QQN to hand over the keys, efficient service for check-in in the evening and good communication by email. A 75€/nu was a good quality-x ratio for the center of Rome. In any case, the advantage of this apartment is that it is close to the geographical location, and the owner of the Forum is flexible and flexible for check-out and check-out.

Great location, 10 minutes walk from Termini, another 10 minutes from Colosseum, near nice restaurants, super friendly hostess Sarah. Room was simple, but very clean. Breakfast included in nearby bar.

Nice apartment, large clean room, good quality bedding. Towels are provided. Free Wi-Fi. No noise at night. The bathroom is clean and the water is very warm. The location is perfect, both from the Termini station and to the Colosseum, Forum... all on foot or by metro (Cover a few hundred meters away) Little dej at your disposal perfect for a charming weekend in Rome

The perfect place to live in Romaina

It's very well located and cozy. It's close to the bus and subway terminal. It has an elevator which is very good because of the luggage. I stayed in a triple room with friends with a bathroom just for us. Both clean and organized. Maria didn't speak English (usually her daughter receives guests, but she was on vacation), but she tried to understand and it was always very convenient. She gave us water as soon as we arrived and a city map. She kept our bags even after checking out. I liked it very much and recommend it.

The description of the hostel made it very easy to find. It is only a few minutes' walk from the train station and also not far from the Colosseum. Sarah makes you feel really at home and it was going through very clean throughout the apartment. On the rooms it was very warm in the evening, despite the ventilators, but that is the case in many hostels. I can definitely recommend it!
