A good hotel in the centre of Rome, just a short walk from Piazza di Spagna and Via del Corso.

Good structure

3 star hotel in a very central location but, unusual in the center, of easy access extremely quiet. The rooms are spacious, bright, tidy, clean, comfortable even in their essence. The staff is courteous and attentive. Good quality price ratio.

Essential but pleasant

Now I consider myself a regular customer, a very central hostel, friendly and professional staff, good security measures, adequate and very clean rooms, breakfast might be richer, but that's fine.

I feel at home.

I stayed at the Hotel Fontanella Borghese between the end of August and the beginning of September and it was a truly unforgettable experience. I greatly appreciated the professionalism, kindness and empathy of Mrs. Pighini, the owner of the facility, and also of her staff who have always demonstrated availability, competence and great listening ability. I remember with special affection Khaled, Andreea and Connie. As for the location, it is not to say anything extraordinary. The hotel is in fact located a few steps from Piazza di Spagna and the very central Via del Corso and Via Padotti. So, it is the ideal solution for those who also want to discover the beauties of the eternal city on foot. I found the room bright, well furnished, clean and comfortable. Reading relationship is infinitely comfortable. And as for the location, it is not unusual.

A corner of paradise in the heart of Rome

Excellent 3-star super central location, you can visit the center of Rome without using any means, very clean, very courteous, we stayed 5 nights and we had a great time.

Strategic position

When Rome is sparsely populated and the restricted traffic area is not activated, you can park in front of the hotel. Accessibility from outside the city by the banks of the Tiber and the central position to reach the Vatican or the great arteries are great.

Ideal location

Very central hotel near Via del Corso, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo Pantheon and Trevi, we found each other very well, the comfortable room clean and the staff very kind.

That's great.

We had originally booked the Due Torri for a weekend trip, but unfortunately it was renovated, so we were transferred to the Fontanelle Borghese. The hotel is located on the second floor of an old building, very central to the old town. Small and fine. The single rooms are tiny but ultimately you're always outdoors. The room has everything you need and everything is clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and incredibly attentive and helpful. Here I would love to come back, but then I'll probably book a double room for single use.

It's a nice little hotel.

The hotel is gorgeous in a certain Italian style, it is located at the back of a courtyard which allows to keep a certain calm. The room was satisfactory even though the shower was a little tight. We had a problem with the air conditioning the first night, it didn't want to go off, it wasn't cold but the noise was a little painful. Problem settled immediately by the hotel staff who is very friendly. For breakfast due to Covid-19 it was not a buffet but a server, there was a world but the service was fast and we could ask again. I forgot to note that the hotel is open 24/7, there is always someone at the reception that goes out that evening and comes back.
