We have arrived to Rome in the morning.
We went to the address, which was written on the booking webpage. I called him we are at the entrance, he told us, its just the office, we should go 15 minutes more to the real building (.....).
After we have arrived we felt the disgusting, old, stinky smoke of cigarette in our room, but we thought its going to disappear.
It did not.
I write him a message, if we can get an other room, because its horrible.
He didnt answer so far and cancelled the booking order, so it was not even managed through the webpage.
It was a very suspicious and not reliable way of hosting.

NOT SUGGEST

It had to be a room of some kind, but it was something else, clean the right one, and above all, payment (not credit card and no invoice) whoever saw himself saw himself

My friends and I were very positively surprised by the room and the hostel. We were loaded in Rome early and we thought we could possibly put our suitcases in the worst, but they were welcomed very warmly. What a lovely stay.

Our flight arrived after 11pm, we called the hotel to warn and the owner refused to receive us.We were looking for a hotel until 2am.They should close; they have no idea what good customer service is.

DEBERIA CERRAR was born.

The location: it's quite far from downtown. The staff: it's never, we arrived at 13:00 and there was no one, a man came out of the building and called him personally (he was a friend). The owner appeared an hour and a half later, as there was no reception, only a table without a phone, or a sad notebook with reservations, all very strange.

It's more of a scam than anything else.

To call myself a luxury b&b, I have to say that it doesn't have any of that. First of all, nonexistent breakfast, personal unprepared even simply to welcome. Room absolutely uncleaned, hair and hair everywhere on the floor, bathroom idem limping everywhere. For what we paid for I would say it was absolutely not worth it. Before you sell luxury facilities or anything, make sure they're serious.

Absolutely not to do it again!

Let's start by saying that we never saw guests arrive before the owner of the property, but this is perhaps the least painful note. We stayed two nights in this property that has nothing of b&b, especially luxury. Nothing because breakfast is not there, there was not even a proposal. We were proposed to buy ourselves the t-shirts from the supermarket to make us a coffee. The owner seemed to know no management dynamics regarding a b&b and we were found to be somewhat spaced. Spaced even in the check in and the invoice (made on our request). The rooms could also be affordable if it were not for the cleaning issue.

Mirko b& Basta - not luxury

I will never go to this facility again to book rooms for friends or relatives even though I live in the same condo. Mr. Mirko himself had promised me to return the battery charge of an Iphone that my brother-in-law had forgotten in the room. The battery charge of about 40 euros disappeared mysteriously like Mr. Mirko who showed up at my house alone when he wanted to pay for the rooms in advance and in cash. I must also say that one of my guests complained that they didn't repair the room and so there was no replacement of the towels and coffee bags.

More than ever

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. Perfect location, very cozy small but comfortable room and above all very clean.

Roman holiday

We arrived yesterday with my girlfriend, we booked through a website but these kind gentlemen from mirko luxury inn on the phone invented a dance for me saying that this site had cancelled the Kia booking, when instead I made sure that it was still active having also received an email confirming it. Then I called the owner but the latter refused me the various phone calls, so we went under the structure and we quoted for about ten minutes in a row constantly without CGE no one deserved to answer us, leaving us at 11 o'clock with no place to stay and without returning the bail from me previously paid, given this sudden disappearance.
