Hotel 1 star on the 4th floor of a building two steps from Termini station, but in a little busy street (unfortunately currently with many road works underway). Clean room and bathrooms (in common), room rearranged every day.

For those who don't have too many demands, but enjoy cleanliness and courtesy, two steps from Termini

30 euros a night, room with sink but no shower and toilet: these were shared with other guests and although very clean they are not comfortable as the shower does not have a parasky curtain and so everything gets wet.

Good

The hotel was in an excellent position, I found the staff available and friendly. The room was large and bright with simple furnishings, everything in its place. The room as well as the bathrooms were clean.

Good value for money

We stayed in this hotel, just a few steps from Termini station and the bus stop to/from the airport, so I would like to reiterate, great location, kind and polite staff and always clean rooms, we would be happy to return if we had the opportunity.

Great location, but there's no breakfast, no bathrooms, no cabin shower, when you shower, everything gets wet, there's no hinges except the door handle for the towels, the quiet rooms...

Pensione Giamaica was an ideal place to stay with excellent quality/price ratio during our one-week visit to Rome in September 2015 (near Termini station providing easy access to public transport; breakfast in the café right next to the hotel in the morning, shopping in the train station gallery).

Very good value for money

Hotel near Termini station, its location is very good for visiting Rome (we only took the metro once to go to the Vatican). Compared to what we had found elsewhere on the Internet, the prices are good markets (about 60 € a night in twin bed room). The hotel itself is located on the 4th floor of a large building without much charm, however with a nice old elevator (which works). Generally you do not expect too much comfort. But if you want to visit Rome in router mode it is perfect. In this we often went back around 00:00 and left around 8:00, so it didn't bother us a table. In the bed, two separate bathrooms, a separate armory (not used), but a clean bathroom (not used) and a lavender (not used). There are three common rooms.
