It's like home!

Nice B&B, nothing transcendental but nice... surely with more dedication you can greatly improve... starting from the reception, moving on to the cleaning of the rooms that I didn't actually find disastrous like bed in previous reviews, and to end with breakfast... with more love you turn the world around.

I'm not used to writing reviews but this time it's necessary! Bad stay. b & b very dirty to the limits of decency. As soon as I arrived the room was so dirty that I had to clean it personally, the kitchen was very dirty the tartar of the baking floor and the oven is really hallucinating! Not to mention the common areas are very dirty and sticky, I didn't find myself as bad as in this b & b. I also add that the area is very peripheral and unsafe, there are no restaurants nearby except a small Conad where to cook things bought in a dirty kitchen and that doesn't answer to photos! It's not advisable to go out because there are very strange and dangerous people around. It was a necessity of not advising PIMO to stay late, no one.

Weight in every sense

This is the bed where you slept for 40€ Judge for yourselves if such a thing is possible. Pessimo!!!!! With all the hotels, B&Bs or Villages varied, nothing like this ever happened!!!! SHAME!!!! Result? Trembling back pain at 40€.....

My back is trembling!

It's not a b & b but a separate bedroom apartment in a miserable and dirty neighborhood garbage containers flood the street a bathroom for four bedrooms that he rents to different families the kitchen is also common and we have to eat in the bedroom. the bacon with trash bags stored on it to avoid absolutely

The absolute horror

Since this is not my first time visiting Rome and staying in Lido de Ostia, I wanted to stay in this hotel on one of my trips.

The room didn't live up to expectations from the facade.

I would like to point out that these are rooms in an apartment block in a less desirable area of Ostia. We arrived on foot and couldn't work out why it was an apartment block, the ad stating "B+B". We called the number listed on the booking reference; the man spoke Italian which was no good for us. His daughter called back after 5 minutes to say he would come over and grant access. The building is ok but the room had a fan only. The heat was unbearable (say 5 degrees more than outside), we left the next morning even though I'd paid for 2 nights (extra on arrival as there were 2 of us for the double room). Pillows were lumpy. The communal kitchen and bathrooms were not unusable but had not been properly cleaned (scum in shower and grime throughout the kitchen). Breakfast was prepacked brioche and capsules to insert in a coffee machine in the kitchen. I had arranged our next hotel by 6.30am as sleep was impossible with the heat and being in the middle of a street of residential apartment blocks, I was reluctant to leave the window open due to noise. Having read the other review, I didn't bother asking for my money back, was just glad to get out of there. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Much nicer places just down the road, 15-20min walk down the seafront and in the town centre.

This is NOT a B+B!!

I've stayed in this B&B several times and I've always felt very well. The place is very clean and comfortable and the price is fair. I highly recommend it especially for the free Wi-Fi connection!

It's a great B&B

Very clean and spacious space with two bathrooms and a terrace. A good accommodation to stay given the proximity to the sea and various services (supermarket, metro...).
