I went to Rome with 3 friends for 4 days.Although the apartment/hotel is not central at all as you have to take the metro or bus to get around, the site is very nice.We only got to meet the owner in person and it was very nice.Ultimately, a good option although not quite central.

What a recommendation!

The hotel owner Marian was in touch even before the trip. He even called to warn about the public transport strike on the day of our arrival. he was kind to provide all the tips about travelling and eating in Rome and met all our special requests. We even got some sweats for International Ladies Day :) Location was great: close to subway, shopping areas and good restaurants around. 
Totally recommend it!

Local clean beds always made the master and kind I'd go back as he has my house the gentle owner very handy advised me where to eat tenchino a theater where to spend time in quality

We've already stayed at their house twice. The rooms are extremely clean, the owner is very nice, the price is exceptional, the location is very convenient, the subway station is very quiet.

We hope we always find a place!!!!!!!

The house is very clean and well maintained. It is very close to the subway, easy to reach from the center. It is impossible to get lost! The owner is very kind and well organized on everything. Although it is close to Via Appia, being a side road, there is not much traffic and at night there is no chaos of public transport under the windows as sometimes happens in Rome!

We slept two nights in this facility and we were very well received, the room was really very spacious and very clean like the bathroom, the environment was quiet and very warm, the subway is just a few steps away.

We stayed in this property in November. The experience was very good, the friendly, friendly, friendly and professional owner. The price is really good, especially considering the quiet and well connected area. The room was very spacious. Some points to improve: it would need some extra furniture in the room or bathroom (even small, to support clothes while showering). Useful also a refrigerator, perhaps in common with the other rooms; heating a little lower to avoid waste (the room was very hot at night).

Great reference point for all my guests and or my relatives.. kindness cleaning cordiality.. It has everything you need and is located near the metro station.

You never deny it!

Welcome, the room and bathroom were spacious and very clean, the place was very quiet and we enjoyed the air conditioning in the middle of August. However, beware, this is not a real bed and breakfast, as it is not possible to eat on the spot (no breakfast or kitchenette available) and the terrace mentioned in the presentation is now reserved for owners. We would have liked to have at least an electric kettle and/or microwave and a mini fridge as compensation, a pity that the owners did not think about it (the volume of the rooms would easily allow these amenities).
