Great experience so far. Hotel is very recently fully renovated and the rooms are very nice, clean, and modern, very different than the pictures of the rooms that are online currently. Service is extremely friendly and accommodating. Would recommend.

Great! Newly renovated.

I had an incredible stay! The owner was exceptionally kind and went above and beyond, encouraging our fun poker games in the lobby and late night video games in the TV room. The rooms were spotless, equipped with air conditioning, and felt brand new, with all the amenities needed for our short stay. Upon arrival, the owner gave us a thorough tutorial on how to use the room's various features, which was extremely helpful, and helped us out whenever we needed help. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Amazing!!!

Great Fun and nice owner

Some of the best customer service I've ever had, with an excellent and kind owner who was incredibly tolerant. He even helped lead our group to our lunch restaurant. The rooms are clean, have air conditioning, and are brand new. The owner gave us a step by step tutorial of the room, which was helpful for using its many functions. The bed's are comfortable, and the staff is nice. That is all you need to know.

Incredible Service and new rooms

When going into the hotel, we were expecting a satisfactory hotel that thrives on being a budget place to stay with a convenient location. However, as soon as we checked in, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, guiding us with great recommendations and things to see while staying in Rome. Having been here before, I had already seen many of the more popular attractions and many of the staffs recommendations were even better than what was seen last time. Furthermore, the staff was extremely accommodating, allowing us to manipulate the space and doing as much as possible to ensure our comfort. Whether this was with getting additional towels or allowing us more appropriate rooms, the staff was unbelievable. As for the rooms, we had stayed in a more expensive hotel in Florence and this one blew it out of the water. The renovations were extremely apparent as the room and bathrooms were modern, spacious, and comfortable with a very effective air conditioner. Overall, this hotel was one of the best consumer experiences that I have been exposed to and I would strongly recommend this hotel for anybody traveling in groups who desires a comfortable living experience with the best staff in Rome.

I'm very surprised to see the previous comments about the supposed excellent stay because this youth hostel is grim, dangerous (because of bed bugs) and the welcome is cold.

Bed bugs

I stayed one night here and met so many interesting people from all over Italy who were staying with me. The staff was very helpful, and even offered to give me a ride to the train station in the morning.

Helpful staff, truly a melting pot

First of all I got to say that the stuff is great, very friendly, fun and helpful. We stayed here for 5 nights. We had booked beds in 4-female dormitory room, but Daniele(special thanks to him) gave us room for two with the private bathroom. He also gave us a map and marked all the must see places in Rome which was very handy, cause it was our first time in this incredible city. Room was comfortable and beds were cozy. Room was cleaned everyday. They are making some renovations so it's gonna be even better. The hostel has great location 5 minutes walk to 2 different metro stations and 15 minutes walk to the Colosseum. The area was quiet and safe. We were two girls and weren't afraid to go back to the hostel at night. We really enjoyed staying there and would definitely come back when we visit Rome again.

Excellent stay

We stayed here as a newly engaged gay couple and had such an amazing experience here. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and even the other guests who’s stayed here at the same time were all so friendly and wonderful.  The place was clean and comfortable.  Highly recommended. It was just a few mins walk to the coliseum which was fantastic!  Just a few mins walk to two different metro stations.

Great place to stay and amazing location!

Great location, comfortable bed and clean room . I stayed at a 4-bed female dorm with a private shower room. It’s a very bright room with a large window. The hostel was equipped with an open kitchen (should be new) and a cozy rest area where you can interact with other travelers and the staff. 3-min walk to metro and 15-min walk to the Coliseum. Staff were like friends, very helpful and overall a homey environment. Mohammed made me coffee upon my arrival in the early morning. I felt very welcome and he’s a really nice guy. I booked 4 nights originally but then extended to another 3 nights there. A lot to see in Rome, better to spare few more days there =)

A lovely stay

A small hotel located in Rome, a few minutes from the central station and 10 minutes from the Colosseum.The staff, both receptionists and cleaners, were treated very well.The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean.It is well connected by metro, tram and bus stops.It is a highly recommended place to stay in Rome.
