I went to Rome.In life he slept in such a bad place.The avitacion was a hell without ventilation, small and not very clean...From the bathroom just to say that it sucked.And the worst part: We arrived soon at the hostel and we found the owner (named Monty) sleeping in a mattress in the middle of the hallway.

Asqueroso is the name of the game.

It is obvious that this is a solution for those who can spend little and for those who have to stay close to Termini station (it is just two streets behind the above), but it is a very dignified place to spend the night. On the two occasions I had two different experiences, as I have been given different rooms. The first time I had the double room with so much table with chairs, abat-jour on the dressing rooms and ceiling lights, while the second time they put me in the single room with only the light of the lampstand and without much comfort.

I was good.

Great for those who need a quick and unpretentious brandy. Spacious rooms, multiple bathrooms. Convenient for the station and subway. Super friendly staff!! Great Suel! Free Wi-Fi and convenient laundry outside door.

Comfortable and simple

Even though this hotel enjoys an average reputation, it is still more than adequate in its price category. A rather comfortable bed, good cleanliness of rooms and premises, rather quiet place. It remains very well located, 2 steps from where Termini comes from and shuttles and trains leave for the airports and central point of public transport in Rome.

A good price ratio

I stress that when my boyfriend and I arrived we had problems with the owner because he had not booked the night of the 12th but only the night of the 13th, while I had called him to put myself in the night before but nothing; two steps from Termini station was very convenient especially because it is also close to the bus stops that take you to the airport. At the entrance there is a fake reception because there is only a large slaughterhouse where you can talk to the owner and, once you give us the keys, he took us to another corridor with some rooms..our room was small, with a double bed, towels, bathroom in the bathroom there is a bit of a smell in the bathroom but it doesn't bother), which doesn't work, Wi-Fi is available! The property is very good and he left a map of Rome available, but he also gave us no trouble to move and no advice as to hostel.

Satisfied

Already the photos have nothing to do with reality, I was shocked when I arrived! The place wasn't warm at all and the street wasn't very crowded. The bathrooms are bathrooms, the beds are also, no air conditioning, the wifi doesn't work very well and the people in charge go into the rooms without knocking at the door. We had booked 3 nights, finally left the next day!

It's awful!

A place to sleep, nothing more. A good bed, a quiet place, and a proper room! What more can I ask for? :) More pleasant staff and good advice to restore myself (no restaurant service on site, except for microwaves and a coffee machine with 1 euro a drink).

A fair price ratio

So where do we start? Let's start with the positive aspects that we do quickly: the position two steps from the station and the kindness of the manager. Let's move on to the negative ones: Meanwhile, no signs, you have to look for them with the exact address, you ring the bell and you're inside a building with two staircases and you don't know which one is right... narrow spaces, with a reception that doesn't exist, small hallways where I couldn't get through with my suitcase, noisy rooms, you can hear everything about the neighbors; I smell, I smell, I can't fall asleep! I'm a very fit person, but here I really couldn't fit myself even into the bed, I held my sleeping bag and afterwards I couldn't even go to the bathroom... Don't go in there!

First, before I left for Rome, I read several reviews on this site that tended not to recommend staying here at Ma Hostel. I saw those who always complained about cleanliness, safety, etc. But when I was there for two days, I felt so comfortable! The proximity to the Termini station is practically the first very positive thing. The very reasonable price: 36 euros for 2 nights without tax. The warm welcome from the receptionist, whose name I forget when I am there. He showed me the map of the city showing me all the places of interest that I should suggest. He also suggested that I come to this restaurant at too little expense to improve the customer's comfort! The hotel had no electricity and no electricity, but the bathroom was completely free of light, and the bathroom was very light.

Quick access, cheap, and clean.

I was looking for an ultra-cheap accommodation for a night in Rome, in a central location, and I found it in this hostel. Unfortunately it turned out to be really spartan and unhealthy, but useful for passing travelers. It's mostly frequented by foreign boys who are passing through the Eternal City and at night there's a monstrous chaos, but if you're interested in spending little, do so.
