Taking a chance the picture and desciption would fit reality, we took a chance and booked one night when we arrived in Rome.  The location is close to Termini train station (6 Euros by taxi).  Upon arrival we were able to get our room even though we arrived early (a plus).
 Upon entering the room on the third floor by walking the stairs; no elevator (a minus) we noticed we had the Ducati themed room.  Upon further inspection the bed was on the floor (a minus).  Looking into the bathroom one notices there are no shelf space to put anything (a minus).  We did have the room with the sauna (a plus).  Lastly, there was one chair (a minus).
 Now for the real problem - I've stayed in many hotels in many continents/countries.  If a hotel is experiencing construction it will usually listed on the website.  That's right, you figured it out, there was construction directly in the room above us.  It was noisy and very problematic.  They didn't stop at 1600 hours (when the hotel said construction would take off for the day) and they started again at 0750 the next morning - a Saturday morning.  It would appear to be dishonest but one can't be sure.
  All-in-all, we will never stay here again.  Honesty and customer service is something that will bring people back.  Both of these areas were lack luster resulting in a low rating and not returning to this hotel.

Great Location; Extremely Uncomfortable

We stayed only two nights but very satisfied with the service! Spacious, clean room, perfect bathroom! The situation is very convenient: 2 minutes from the metro, 10 minutes from the Plaza de España! I recommend 100%, staff is also very friendly

It's a perfect stay.

Overall, it was a positive experience, a truly strategic location in the centre of Rome, new, clean and welcoming rooms, an improving breakfast, a bad expression, a building undergoing renovation on a somewhat dirty street.

The weekend in Rome

I often go to Rome, in love with how I am with the city, and I have tried various facilities. The latter is in an excellent location (near Piazza Barberini), with a large and well-furnished room, but some negative aspects have affected the quality of the short stay: check in at another facility (though not far away), Wi-Fi not working perfectly, bathroom rather narrow, sink with a significant water leak that made us assign another room, where it was the shower to lose, poor breakfast. Almost all the staff we met showed courtesy and availability.

Two steps from Barberini Square (where there is a metro station) and then from many of Rome's attractions (Fontana di Trevi for example). Very clean and spacious both the room and the bathroom.

Surprise and disappointment

Super B&B all new very well located in the center of Rome. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is top and quiet. The little dej is normal but you have to ask for coffee from the little capsule machine and not drink the milk. The rooms are on the first floor without an elevator. Follow their restaurant advice you will not be disappointed. We went to Rome for the monuments but we also enjoyed the food.
