My husband and my four-year-old daughter and I were guests from 28/12 to 1/1 and it was a really wonderful stay. The room we were assigned was very nice, warm and cozy. impeccable cleaning, sheets and towels changed every day. Breakfast is abundant and excellent, we had dinner for 2 nights and were very satisfied with the quality and quantity of food, they also satisfied our little girl. The staff was always very kind and available, the waiter who served us is of a kindness and education worthy of note. Price definitely consistent with the quality offered. We will definitely return!

Good experience

I find that even a small restaurant can be astonished if it has some characteristics: goodness of the dishes, courtesy of the staff, no excess expectations, deep cleaning in every room including the bathrooms. Here is everything and we ate a cutter of cheeses and salumi (carpet, fountain, ham, salami), tasting the ham to the arm with a contour of tomatoes and beans, flavoring a spaghetti with peanut butter, tomatoes and goat and ending with a delicious lavender cream.

We stayed a few days in this small but charming hotel immersed in the nature of the Grand San Bernardino Pass and located in an ancient village so much that it feels like living in a fairy tale.

It's a lovely place in a fairy tale village of Saint-Rhemy. All the dishes are deliciously cooked with love and using fresh produce. The bread is excellent. The service is very cordial and at the end... the digestive of the house is sublime! The place is well furnished with a very nice stove and pendulum. That's why I come back and I come back... Always good!!!!

We ate very well, the setting is very nice, the place is clean and tidy, quality food (great polenta with fountain, salt cutter and meat dishes) kind staff and correct prices.

Have a great lunch.

Unfortunately, we couldn't sleep there, but we had dinner there. Everything is homemade and local. The kitchen is of high quality and the dishes are prepared with great taste and care. The prices are more than right and the staff is in little care. The house is splendidly renovated with a very assured taste.

Cozy hotel in the delightful village of Saint Rhemy en Bosses, on the road that leads to the corridor of the impressive hill of the Grand San Bernardino. Nice room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom.

I liked this hotel right away when I booked it. And I was right. The room is really nice. It's all wood and stone, mansion and no TV, which I appreciated.

Beautiful village

I've been wanting to visit the Aosta Valley for a long time and this year we finally set out to reach the highest peaks. Where to stay was advised by our friend who cooks in this facility so we set out advantageous but I didn't think I would find a little corner of pure tranquility, courtesy and good taste. Artfully restructured: it seems to live continuously in a Christmas atmosphere. The managers with their splendid dogs are very willing to satisfy any need. The cherry on the cake however comes from the kitchen. Believe me, I wouldn't write praise just for the spirit of friendship because Paco doesn't need it.
