The air conditioning is there but it is centralized, phone present in the room (broken), details not taken care of.

I wouldn't recommend it.

We needed to cut through the hotel car park yet the horrible and abusive owner decided instead to shout at us and tell us his car park was closed!  This meant my children had to walk 250m in the dark along a busy road instead.  Totally unreasonable and horrible individual - I wouldn’t stay at this hotel - having read other reviews I’m not surprised!!

Horrible owner - risked my children’s lives

Usually when I go from the Mestre parts I sleep in other hotels but this time they didn't have a place, I had a meeting in Campalto and came here. I was a little hesitant reading very negative reviews, but I can say that I didn't have any particular problems. The room was clean and quiet, the bathroom was not luxurious but functional enough. I think it's true that they don't know the languages: on a sign was the phrase The room must be paid in advance with the funny English translation The room goes forward paid; it made me smile at the image of the room leaving... but this can only be a problem for non-speaking customers.

Nothing special, but cheap enough.

The owners are nice, convenient place for public transportation to Venice, clean and well-maintained, the furniture is a little dated and the breakfast is very poor.

For a quick and unpretentious visit to Venice, it's all right.

The hotel is located between the city and the airport. Just next to a bus line (ticket 1.50€). The hotel manager is very friendly and explained very well how and when to get to the city and the airport. The rooms are correct, the bathroom is clean.

It's a good hotel.

We found this hotel by chance and we were very well received, the boss is very kind he did everything to provide us a service because we had a booking problem to cancel in a B & B on the same village, he called us since our level in Italian was not enough, then he advised us and pointed the way to a very nice restaurant. Our room was clean, the bed was nice, quiet, simple but efficient. Besides the hotel is located just behind the national which goes from the airport to Venice about 20 minutes in each direction. Really a reception like this is very rare.

My review is based solely on sleeping, and on the convenience with public transport, stop. I left early in the morning, came back at dinner time in the evening, to change and go to the restaurant, and go back to sleep. From this point of view, nothing to say, or almost. Comfortable bed, perfect temperature, so much so that I didn't even need to cover myself; bathroom actually is a little small, especially because the shower is not closed, so if you're not careful you can get wet everywhere. The strong point is the convenience with bus number 15, which stops in front of the parking lot of the hotel; in front, absolutely perfect. I didn't spend it, I didn't get any lunch, I slept in it, it's actually worth a few hours, so if you're not careful you can get wet everywhere. Thank you very much, because you didn't come to the restaurant too late in the evening, because it was a very nice place to stay.

My two weeks in Italy has been the best holiday I've ever had, mainly due to the fantastic hotel service, food, politeness and warmth Italians showed to me. Your hotel is the absolute opposite and the worst in 35 years I've ever stayed in. No air conditioning but a fan which was too noisy to use, paper thin walls, a window far too small. A cramped shower/toilet. You told me Breakfast was at 8.00am but had to wait until 8:13am and your wife shouted and got annoyed at me expecting it to be on time.

Stay away!

This has to be one of the worst hotel we have been to. No heating in the room, no heating in the corridors. Front door is locked at 9:00pm. Furniture is out of date and the shower has no separation from the rest of the restroom. Shower and restroom together- very small space. There are only small towels which are so old that they are discolored.

Not recommended

We liked this hotel for its quick access to public transport, its affordable price and the hospitality of the owners.
