It's economical and very welcoming, perfect for a white week with friends or family, but also for some romantic couple nights, excellent cleaning, super available staff, from the very kind waiters to Thomas the owner who is committed to helping you solve any possible and possible unexpected.

I found it very good. I highly recommend it.

Very bad. We were really unhappy with the treatment we received. For a serious personal reason related to the pandemic, we had to cancel an already paid night, asking if we could use the room later and we were told in a dry (and dry) way that there are no refunds even for pandemic-related problems. We didn't expect this and we certainly won't book or recommend this facility in the future

Never again

We've been here with my girlfriend for a weekend of rest. What can I say? This is my first painful review. Because in the staff I do 5 stars without the slightest doubt. Kind, available smiles. Unfortunately the structure is old and that makes my review not enough. You can't go into the room and smell smoke, or see dust or even old furniture. Not to mention the bathroom... minuscule... the hotel is still a 3 star... if arranged it can be a nice hotel. But so personally I would catalog it as 2 stars.

The weekend in Tarvisio

Location, parking, comfortable beds, availability of staff to solve any problem. Recommended for those traveling with friends or family, excellent personal reception, dynamic and very collaborative

Excellent location near the lifting facilities, very kind staff who resolved with great willingness and understanding a double booking problem for which they would have been entitled to charge us a double fee.

Service at the top

Nice hotel 300 meters from the ski slopes, very nice masterpieces, excellent kitchen and bars, clean and warm rooms, very small new shower box, slightly small, 65x65, with sauna, etc. WiFi sometimes weak, excellent prices, I'll definitely be back.

Fortunately, I only stayed one night, electric thermophone not working, cold room, bathroom at the limit of decency, change the toilet as bad room 102, you have to decide in the evening whether to watch the TV or charge the cell phone because there is only the availability of a socket, the accessories to review really old... we are talking about a 3 star... the morning at 8.30 breakfast was already short of the minimum necessary...

Weight

Supernette and extremely helpful staff. The reception is staffed 24 hours a day, so arrivals and departures at unusual times are no problem. Parking is free. My room was simple, the house is, like, in terms of the design of the seating furniture, something old-fashioned but clean and very useful for someone who doesn't need a wellness stamp. The breakfast is good, the price is totally ok. Thanks again to the friendly staff! That gives an extra point.

It's all right.

We were at this hotel at the Faaker See meeting. The 3-bedroom if you can call it, it had no windows, it was taken from another room, we couldn't even turn around the bed, thankfully being motorcyclists we have a good mouth, but this was beyond the limit.

Really bad, price as a report!!

The window sill had a nice spider web and cigarette ash where I think it was even turned off with fire hazard as well. It would take more care for details like shower mixers and washing machines that were difficult to handle.
