I spent 3 days at the beach villa. The house is very beautiful, immersed in the luxurious garden very well maintained. The location is very convenient to visit the most beautiful beaches of Salento in no more than half an hour. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately, although b&b do not offer breakfast, but fortunately there is a bar and a great pastry shop within a few meters. Another negative note is that we did not find even a soap or a single-use shampoo bag in the bathroom so we had to buy both bathtub and shampoo.

Average satisfaction

We've been in this villa for 5 days, very clean, ordered but it's not for kids who want to go shopping. A little music on arrival triggered anger from the owner. Then you find yourself sharing a house with 4/5 rooms with strangers.

July and August

Overall positive but not too much. Very isolated and a little difficult to find. There are no external indications. Rooms clean enough but not very well equipped. Positive notes: swimming pool and free wifi. Definitely negative note: Breakfast is not planned. So it's not a bed & breakfast but just a bed.

Pros and cons

My boyfriend and I were in this baby from August 10th to 14th, choosing it out of many thanks to the excellent reviews read. The quiet of the place, the lovely pool to enjoy all day long and the rich breakfasts made mostly of home-made delicious sweets and freshly picked fruit, were the best things... But there were some flaws we found in terms of cleaning. For more than a morning we avoided using the dishes as they were still frozen because they weren't washed well; not to mention that for all four days we ate on completely stained towels. As far as the room is concerned, I can say that it was normally relentlessly to the size and cleanness of the surface, but by observing the cleaning we noticed the need for more moisture in the shower, as well as the lack of moisture in the back of the shower, as well as the lack of stainless tanning, we found a lot of stainless tanned towels, as well as a lack of moisture in the back of the walls, as well as a lack of stainless tanned towels

I expected more.

We stayed for 3 days in this beautiful villa in the heart of Salento. The villa is located in Tiggiano and is practically 10-15 minutes from all the points of interest of the area. Obviously it is necessary to arrive by car.

It's a relaxing weekend.

We were offered two more rooms at a higher price when it would have been possible to put an extra bed in the room later booked. The rooms have no view, the pool is beautiful and the breakfast is just fine. The reception is not representative of the region. During our trip to southern Italy for a month we made only nice encounters. If you can make your way.

Look for another address

Well what can I say. The location is a little hidden which is absolutely charming. You then enter a beautiful driveway into a gated villa which consists of two large houses. We stayed in the smaller one with three rooms 4 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. All alone might I add! We had booked a smaller room but the lovely lady who owns the complex gave us the large room with two bathrooms. Very kind of her. Breakfast was excellent and yes the pool in the picture is better in person.  Highly recommended, can't say it enough. If we're staying in the area I would've stayed here the whole time.  Perfect

Tour of southern Italy stopover

Pros: Honest people at the hotel (while don't speak English), clean rooms and nice smell inside the building around the corridors. In general basic B&B for one of the cheapest prices around the area. 

Cons: Most of the rooms are below the ground with too much humidity and just a small electric window facing the ground floor. No proper wardrobe in the room. The first impression of the hotel when we arrived at late afternoon was that it was an abandoned building from the outside. The pool was full of flies and the breakfast very poor. The Tiggiano village doesn't offer something special so you just need to use it as a base for visiting other villages or sites around the area.
