I stayed at Berzi for three days, I felt very well. Large, very clean and comfortable room. Super super recommended not only in terms of the affordable price, but also for the location, very close to the center, bus stop just below, supermarket and restaurants.

I had stayed at the Berzi rental room in 2000 and had a good memory of it because on my wife's birthday the lady who runs the facility had given her a rose from her garden: a gesture that had remained in our heart and made us decide to return 18 years later. We were not mistaken, because over time the lady's availability remained unchanged: although there were no air conditioning systems in these rooms, we were provided with 2 flat ventilators thanks to which we did not suffer the slightest of the hot August heat.

Kindness pays off

Very good location, almost central, spacious bathroom and comfortable bed cushions a little low at night the building in front was a little noisy (but the house is not dependent on the structure). the furnishings are decent but still decent to use. there is no possibility of having breakfast since being a rented room it is essentially an apartment divided into rooms.. but in short for 50 euros a night goes very well staying in the center in trieste

Convenient location

I stayed one night at the Hotel on the occasion of the Barcolana (night of 1-2 October 2016), together with my girlfriend and a friend of ours. The reservation was valid for a triple with private bathroom, no breakfast or meals in general. The private bathroom was requested because, if I understood correctly, the alternative was the common bathroom where one could also take a shower in turn. We were also told that we could also check-in at 10.30 instead of 15.00 but, since we left the room late (the previous owner explained to me the situation and there was not much to be done to solve the problem in a timely manner), we had to wait until 12:30 to get in, so we had to make sure that we could get in from the basement to the bathroom.

I stayed at this hotel one night as a night stop before arriving in Croatia! Very clean rooms, common bathrooms outside the room are clean and have all the amenities! Very kind and available staff! I recommend this hotel

Nice location, clean room and toilet, friendly staff. When you're looking for something cheap, but still want the privacy you won't get at a hostel, this is perfect!
It said that there was free parking, but this turned out to be wrong. Instead, we had to park at a public parking that charged us for every 24h.

Recommended :) 

Large light and clean room, friendly woman who received us, clean toilet and shower, well priced! Would reccomend. The area is nice, no problem with noise in the night in spite of all the traffic in Trieste. Short walk to both the main square and the train station.
