We stayed for the student swearing-in for 2 nights but unfortunately the structure really leaves us wanting. We were in a room in the hotel area furniture not bad but bathroom very small under the beds we found dirty and the stall couldn't even get out because of the dirt and the big dark ones that didn't open. but the painful button the breakfast is practically inedible. hot juices, precooked bread only unedible raw cloths as well as butter and if I arrived late it was missing half... but the rest of the cappuccino made by them but x the best to leave. Good position.

It's better to avoid

We were in Turin for Eurovision. The location is perfect, only a 10 minute walk to the centre of the city, the train station and they have shops/bars near by.
Although check in was at 13:00, we got there early (about 11:00) and they still let us check in as the apartment was ready. The apartment itself was spacious. Offering a kitchen/dining area, bathroom and a queen sized bedroom and there’s two balconies. One is communal which you share with the other residents and it looks over the courtyard. There’s air con and two wardrobes available. It could do with a slight fresh up as the apartment was very tired and scruffy in places. It also lacked basic necessities (e.g. kettle, iron, corkscrew, utensils).
The reception is 24 hours, the key has to be left  with a member of staff until you return. They also have a parking available if required. The staff were friendly, although their English is limited and broken, we managed to get by. But too be fair, I should brush up on my Italian.
The breakfast is continental. Albeit minimal and basic, a lot of the sandwiches, focaccias and crostata seemed homemade.
There’s a compulsory city tax which €2.30 per person per night, which we were made aware of on the day we arrived.
Overall, a perfection location and staff friendly. Could do with a face lift though in some places.

When we booked we thought it was a basic hotel, but no, it was an apartment with a view of a parking lot and a quiet one. Large enough for a family of three. Also no nickel. Very nice comfortable personal bed. I don't speak French. I had a hard time getting myself to understand but it's okay.

My girlfriend and I went on a few days vacation to Turin to visit and we opted for this residence. On a structural level I can say it is absolutely interesting, centrally located for the various tourist destinations of the city; room of medium size ideal for 2 people, bad for cleaning the first day we found crust of dirt in the kitchen department and posters. Italian breakfast complete for every need. Good price, maybe a little exaggerated the price of parking. I recommend it for those like us who are more out on a visit than in the room itself.

Good but not perfect

We had a rather large, nice warm and very clean apartment. Breakfast is limited but acceptable. Staff available. Convenient because it's close to the center (10 minutes walk) and the large market of Porta Palazzo.

Good choice

Excellent location on the edge of the historic center but easy to reach with private interior parking, very nice staff, always smiling and purposeful, very clean apartment and plenty of breakfast.

Very convenient location

Location at buona. Gentle staff. Our apartment is very large. In 10 minutes we are in Castle Square. We found the indoor open-air parking with very sacrificed entrance expensive (18 euros per day).

Costly parking

Given the good reviews we have decided to book in this residence. The property is located about ten minutes' walk from Piazza Castello, the seat of the Palazzo Reale, which is fully pedestrianised via Corso Garibaldi, and about fifteen minutes from the Mole. The residence has a 24-hour reception convenient for those like us who arrived in the late evening. The apartments are located in a residential complex, they look recently renovated, they are spacious and very clean.

For the rest I can only say: dirty, rude staff, when it rained the room was flooded and after reporting the problem their response was that they knew about the problem... absolutely not to come back

Weight

This apartment/hotel was really a great find. It is perfectly located in a quiet street, 15 min walk from the Porta Sussa train station and the same to the city center in the opposite direction. Do not miss the fabulous Basilica Consolata in vicinity, 5 min walk in the direction to the center.
Staff is very welcoming and kind, reception basic behind which is a breakfast dining area.
Our room was in another wing, across the open courtyard where's a secured parking lot, great for those with a car. 
The room, in fact it was an apartment with a separate kitchen was very spacious. It's basically decorated but with all you need, clean and functioning. Very good and comfy bedding. We had also a small balcony which was nice. Downsides of the room are lack of sockets, and no wifi signal in room (only at the reception) but could live with that.
Breakfast was typical Italian, a lot of dolces - many sweet pastries and cakes, OK to start the day with very good coffee. There's a supermarket 200 m away.
Considering the price (around 70 Euros with breakfast) it was a really great stay, recommended for tourist when exploring all day out.
