We were happy to go with our family to Venice, and we found ourselves in this unhealthy and decaying apartment, with a lot of mold, crumbled walls, a lot of holes, a lot of dirty kitchen, not to mention the two bathtubs in a pathetic state, and the location didn't match the description.

A nightmare in Venice

Apartment on two floors, armoured entrance door difficult to open (only at shoulders) and to close (at large blows). Entrance with refrigerator. The kitchen has a bathroom slightly more than a plate, and studded to the edge of the boiler.

Apartment at St. Mark's 2743

We had the pleasure of using the facility in September. A beautiful apartment two steps from St. Mark's beautiful and well furnished rooms, clean laundry, a bathroom for each room and a very well equipped kitchen. We took the opportunity to have a great breakfast in the hotel where we checked in. It was a wonderful experience that I would like to repeat. I recommend it.

How to Feel Venetian

We were in Dorsoduro, 100 meters from Ca' Foscari and near the Basilica of the Friars. It is not as central as that of St. Mark's, however easily accessible, but at the same time it is a little deflated by the large crowd and more quiet and silent. It is located on two levels of a room with a double room and an extra bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room.

Comfortable, good location

On the ground floor there is the entrance with the staircase that goes up to the upper floors and the camera that encloses the front door (and probably not only) but that is not clearly indicated to the entrant. Then on the ground floor there is also a double room with bathroom. Then we also have a large kitchen with table and sofa. In a common room like this however, the TV is lacking. And above all a very nice fixed Wi-Fi connection. However, leaving a credit card, it is provided that the connection was guaranteed.

Great location, nice two-story house, but pay attention to the living room fee and the camera inside.

On the occasion of St. Ambrose's Bridge, our extended family wanted to spend a few days in Venice. The choice fell on this property as it had 4 bedrooms. In fact it also had an extra one that we did not use. So I had a very nice apartment, with 3 bathrooms, a large living room. Everything very clean. Very polite reception and great availability. They allowed us to use it until 5 pm.

A truly strategic position

We really disliked this property so much we left a day early. The apartment had nice renovations, but is located in a tiny and dirty little alley way. The surrounding apartments were boarded up and we saw a strange man searching through the boarded up windows of a condemned building next door. The owner even acknowledged that the apt had been broken into a few weeks ago and the shutter was still broken. We wanted an apartment to cook our own meals but didn't do so as the entire kitchen was filled with a rotten egg smell when we first ran the water. The owner said that was just Venice but we didn't take a chance on bacteria in the water lines. The sheets in the rooms were very itchy and the air conditioners really didn't work. It's also directly across from a music conservatory. So you hear the students practicing all day - sometimes this was nice but one afternoon allowed us to listen to an oboe playing the same exact scale for two hours. We left a day early even though we wouldn't get a refund as we didn't feel safe in this neighborhood and were not comfortable in this apartment. Definitely felt like there could have been many other options given the price. And, no wifi.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - 3 bedroom apartment located in dirty and broken down alley

The apartment, consisting of two rooms on the upper floor and one room on the ground floor, each with its own bathroom, and a kitchen with a basement on the ground floor, is very quietly located in the middle of Venice. It offers a lot of space above average, is clean and cozy. The landlord is very friendly and is on the side with advice and action. Unfortunately, there is no love of detail. Nevertheless, in any case, a recommendation for self-catering.

Much room for Venetian relations

This establishment which was apparently a small hotel is now proposed as a large apartment for +/- 5 people (3 double beds and each room its own bathroom). The apartment is very easy to reach from St. Mark's Square (both right and left). It is a real more knowing that Venice is a maze. The apartment is comfortable and quite clean, a bit dark though, but it is normal in Venice.

Apartment and not hotel

Cà Satriano is located very close to a Giglio boat stop. It is an apartment of 3 rooms: 2 of them are large and very comfortable and clean, the 3rd room is not well preserved (it is at the bottom of the apartment). From the window you can see the gondolas passing, as it has a canal next to it. It has no breakfast, but has coffee very close to it. The negative point is that it does not have wifi.
