I booked this b&b in Mestre mainly because of the proximity to Mestre's stations. At first glance it doesn't show up very well....complex also the smell of closing...in the end the room is decent, unpretentious, but functional and the discreet bed.

Yes, you can.

As soon as we arrived at the B&B we had a bad impression because it looked bad on the outside. We were welcomed by the current owner who very kindly accompanied us to the room, our room was as in the photo, the bathroom was outside the room but private because preceded by the lock-in anti-bathroom. The room and bathroom were clean, lacking soaps. It's worth the price it has, very convenient to reach Venice by road.

Appearances are deceiving!

Great location in Venezia Mestre station (5 min walking) which has several trains to Venezia Sta. Lucia (10 in 10 min). The owener was really nice and available. Room clean, with tv but control remote not working... clean shared bathroom. Good breakfast (milk coffee tea croissant bread juice cereals). They provide towels and hairdryer too. City tax not included in the price - 2,10€ per night and per person.

Nice staff, low-cost structure, low-cost breakfast, near the train station, to Venice Santa Lucia, every 15 minutes until midnight, private bathroom, but out of the room.

You can settle for that.

I stayed for one night. The location is perfect, close to the train station and I reach Venice in 10 minutes. The staff were kind because they allowed us to deposit our luggage well ahead of our scheduled time of arrival, as if it wasn't enough, we went back to the room only in the evening and found the luggage stored inside carefully and carefully since I had also left a red fish in custody. In other b&bs I was told that I should think about the luggage, even though the room was on the third floor without an elevator. Clean in the norm. Breakfast: I don't know if I was lucky but I didn't have any discounted products that had expired much less damaged milk. Do not forget...

Very close to the station

The B&B is well located in Mestre, close to the public transport to Venice, buses, tram and train. It is a place to breakfast and sleep. The bed was very nice, but the furniture was dirty, the bathroom had a melted light, but clean.

We arrived at Mestre after midnight, and although the accommodation is close to the bus station, the area is pretty bad with very rare people. The attention from the accommodation staff was quite good, as we warned in time that we would arrive late and there was no problem. We had a room with a private bathroom and everything was very clean. Includes breakfast, which is a little scarce but not bad. The accommodation itself, needs rehabilitation and improvement, as it is very old. Nearby, there are bus stops to get to Venice and back.

The owner even tried to sell us two triple rooms with a private outdoor bathroom when we found out that one of the two bathrooms was not private but also in use in the other rooms!! Of course the owner wouldn 't admit!! Breakfast almost non-existent!! Cold discount milk put on a table equipped with dirty towels, packaging of discount juice open.

Absolutely not recommended!!

If you don't want to overpay for expensive housing in Venice, you can settle in Mestra. From here every 10 minutes there are buses to the island of Venice and the road takes 10-12 minutes. The road from the train station to the hotel takes 6 minutes according to Google Maps. The hotel is located on a quiet street, but close to all the central highways and bus stops.

Successful location

Excellent price, if you consider the excellent location of the facility: A few steps from Mestre Station (about 5 minutes walk, very convenient to reach Venice Santa Lucia, as it guarantees runs every 5/10 Minutes) and from the center of Mestre (nice and cozy), good breakfast, (apparently) clean sheets and towels available. The person who received us was really kind, available at any request, prepared breakfast every morning. It also allowed us to keep the suitcases in the facility even after check-out. Everything perfect, if not for some pieces that have drastically reduced the quality of the room: cold rooms (there was a conditioner that very difficult to heat up the bathroom floor) The bathroom is very dirty (the bathroom was very hot, but the bathroom was so hot, but the price was not as low as I thought).
