My partner and I have chosen this facility... Absolutely lucky choice! You feel welcomed as if you were from home. The rooms, spacious and clean are furnished in a simple but cozy way, the bathroom, private but for our outdoor room, it is not a problem at all and it is very clean and furnished with courtesy that not all b&bs provide. The owners are absolutely excellent landlords, courteous, available and could arrange a perfect tour of the beautiful city of Viterbo, they leave the phone number for any information. Breakfast is excellent and abundant at the most honest prices. We will definitely return happy and willing!

You feel at home.

As usual we booked this property via Booking. Carlo one of the two owners immediately contacted us to agree with us on arrival and to give us some directions for parking. We arrive at mid-afternoon on a Tuesday in August, we leave the car outside the walls (in the center the parking lots are rare) and in less than ten minutes we are at the property. In the usual 5-6 minutes we also arrive in the center, so ideal location. Carlo who accompanies us, helping me with the suitcase up the 3 stairs, shows us the room, offers us a coffee and recommends us what to eat and where to eat. The environment is cozy, colourful and very clean, with a window that shows the quality of Viterbo products.

It's like home.

The top of this B&B is Carlo, the manager! Simply cordial, kind and very useful in providing travel advice not only on Viterbo but also around. Thanks to him we were able to visit a Moai statue of which we did not know the existence! The structure is located in the heart of the historic center of the city and everything is easily accessible on foot. The room in which I stayed was very spacious and clean as well as the bathroom. Although the outside of the room is private and is right in front of the door. The breakfast is good and super abundant. I strongly recommend to everyone. Excellent quality/price ratio.

A perfect BeB! is located in an excellent position within the historic walls of Viterbo about 10 minutes' walk from both railway stations, 5 minutes' walk from the Basilica of San Lorenzo, from the room you have a breathtaking view of the historic center, the room is equipped with every comfort, with the care of details such as the bed linen of a large Griffe, the excellent Italian breakfast, with very delicious homemade sweets, the hospitality of the house owners is excellent are very available for any need!

We stayed one night at this delicious b&b. Strategic location to reach the historic center in a short time, excellent cleaning, room with every comfort, Italian breakfast abundant and varied and lastly... owners, Carlo and Federica, welcoming, friendly and very available.

That's great!

Cozy apartments in the old town, a few minutes' walk from the central square of Viterbo. A young couple - Federico and Carlo - try to do everything possible for their guests to be comfortable and comfortable. You can enjoy the kitchen, the teapot and the cookies at any time. The view from the window of the room - on the roof and the tower with the bell in the central square. Very good heating, not a small bathroom. Italian breakfast - that is, sweets and tea, coffee (coffee machine). Make sure to take advantage of Carlo's advice about restaurants - he advised 6 places where locals go, where it is real and cheap.

Great place to sleep!
Good room and bathroom standard, nice breakfast and perfect location. Staff - really nice guys, and - unusual for Italy - English speaking.

Much more than I expected from the cheapest overnight in town. 

Since the town is attractive and the place really comfy, it may pay off to sleep there even if you'd have to make a detour to get there. Not much competition (I mean this price-to-performance) around northern Lazio or southern Umbria I know of.

Only 1 problem - no information outside - once you get to the address, you need to climb the stars to see that you're there. From street level you can't see that.
