Hotel in a comfortable position with large parking lot in the back. friendly owner and very kind staff. Good and fairly well maintained interiors, good rooms, spacious bathroom.

I'm advised.

I'm not saying that it was bad but it certainly didn't reflect the recipe I'm adding below. In short, I order something and it's a similar thing, mah! Even the pizza that my companion took didn't shine with flavor. Titlari are very gentle, with some doubt on the grinder, but this food confusion remains between the two dishes.

By mistake.

We didn't know the place, but given the unbearable heat of the plain, we searched the internet for a hotel in Fiemme valley or Fassa that we already knew. We found the location, services and prices satisfactory. We didn't make a mistake, the warm and cordial reception, the unbreakable service, the exemplary cleaning, large rooms even if it would require some aging intervention on the carpet. We asked for the treatment of half-pension, discovering a sober and genuine kitchen with some dishes of local tradition.

What a lovely vacation!

I had dinner at this hotel's pizzeria restaurant during the Christmas holidays with my family. Location typically old-fashioned montana. Careful and courteous service. We had four pizzas with quality products and a very well-presented polenta and mushrooms. I'm slightly above average. I don't think we'll be back.

Acceptable though expensive

My husband Angelo and I stayed at this hotel for 7 days and the most beautiful part was feeling at home. Cocked with the kindness of the owner and the companion and all the staff, along with the good cuisine, the rich and abundant breakfasts and the careful cleaning of the room and surroundings along with the excursions to the wonderful nearby places full of delights and markets have given us unforgettable moments. We sincerely recommend it to anyone who wants to live an immersive experience in nature.

A dream vacation

We have been guests of the Hotel al Polo even the past years on the occasion of the immacolata, but this year we have really had a very bad experience. We start from the spa that was not working, the answer was that it was in maintenance. Then, going to dinner, those who go on holiday in Trentino expect to eat local dishes mainly from a hotel that boasts being a 3 Star S. Instead we have been proposed a menu without typical products and completely improper... I make a short summary of the delicacies: pasta in the oven, pastry in the bag, lemon cutlery, chicken breast with spinach, turkey chips. In the morning they have overtaken the limits; instead of proposing the fats of less for the fall, they have made available a menu with 10/2022 juice, but you can't always avoid the limits when you can't make your own chops in your own style.

Bad experience at the Polo Hotel

I ordered a plate of noodles with mushrooms... fine but if there were 2 forks of noodles in the plate I think I exaggerate! For the modica figure of more than 15€! A total shame!!!!! I don't recommend it!

Dinner at the restaurant

My husband Diego and I stayed at this hotel for nine days and we felt at home. The kindness of the owner and all the staff, the good cuisine, the loud breakfasts and the careful cleaning of the room and surroundings, with the addition of the beautiful walks between the fields that smell of hay and on the bicycle in the woods, gave us moments of great happiness. We sincerely recommend it to anyone who has a desire to live in nature and silence. What is not negligible... is accessible to people in CARROZZINA. Vacation from Tiziana and Diego Ferrari repeat!

A five-star regenerative vacation.

Basically, the hotel isn't bad, but there are a few things that need to be revised. For example, the bathroom where the faucet is constantly dripping and where the shower doesn't always go where it should. Although the WiFi is free and available, it breaks down more often when the hotel is more operational. The parking spaces behind the house are free, the food in the adjacent restaurant is very good!

Good basis but worthy of improvement

Our first stay on our small northern Italy tour we spent in the already fourth-generation Hotel al Polo The reception from the boss personally was very friendly and you immediately felt welcome. The traditional hotel made a very clean impression.Our corner room 201 in the 2OG was amazingly quiet despite its location on the main street with balcony. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and left no wishes open. The dinner at HP with three choices and salad buffet was very tasty. Breakfast and dinner were served in the new and South Tyrol ambience dining room.
