We stay in this hotel in our last night in Tokyo.
The hotel is brand new and quite close to subway station.
The view from hotel also nice as you can see tokyo skytree tower.

The room was amazing, its a small compact room with complete amenities.
The room is not big but ok for 2 people.. The problem is that if you have large luggage, the room will stuffed with it. 

Coffee maker also available, safety box also available, etc etc.
They also provide smartphone for free during your stay and you can bring the phone for internet access and also phone call for free. You must use this facility.

Hotel also close to Yoshinoya where you can have 24 hours meals

Overall it was good experience for us staying here.
Looking forward to stay again

Modern Compact Hotel

We booked the room through Agoda. 
We needed a room for 3, and whilst Agoda seemed to suggest the room we booked was appropriate for 3 people, the Hotel web site wasn't as clear, so we emailed them to check. No response, we waited over 2 weeks.

Then we found we needed to extend the stay by one more day, obviously we didn't want to do that when we didn't know if the room was appropriate for 3, so I emailed them again. No response again, we gave them another 3 days then cancelled the booking as Tokyo Hotels were filling up fast, and the complete lack of communication and response from the hotel made us very uneasy.

Other reviews suggest this Hotel is a good place to stay, and it may well be, but if you're expecting to be able to have any form of correspondence with them before you arrive, look elsewhere.

Cancelled the room due to lack of communication

Located just 5 mins away Oshiage Station, this hotel is located in a quiet suburb just outside the Asakusa area. It’s a relatively new property. The hotel seems to adopt a boutique industrial vibe. The front of the hotel is decorated with planks of woods which is rather unique yet modern. The lobby is a small space co-sharing with the café/restaurant. Staff could have been much more approachable and welcoming, they all seem busy on their computers. Left my luggage with them right after completing check-in procedures to explore the nearby Tokyo Skytree and attached Tokyo Solamachi mall. Room is small although it spots a high ceiling, the wash basin is outside the bathroom, and the toilet door is neither transparent nor opaque. You can pretty much see someone’s silhouette sitting on the toilet bowl. The attached cupboards and cabinets are oddly slanted, therefore some parts are wider than the rest, there is no wardrobe other than 2 metal knobs stuck on walls. The safe is made of wood and it is just small enough for your wallets and passports, it can’t fit anything bigger than that. At least there is an empty space below the bed for luggages. The room window is a narrow rectangle on one side of the room. The only consolation is probably the roof top garden, which provides sweeping views of Tokyo Skytree, it has benches and tables for you to chill, but not recommended during winter, as it may get quite cold up there. Their version of a roof top bar, is to order your drinks downstairs and it’s either served to you at the roof top or you can wait for your drinks to be ready and bring it up yourself. On some days you can find housekeeping staff leaving equipment on the lift lobby, which can be unsightly. Other than views of Tokyo Skytree and its proximity to Asakusa area, the rest of the hotel, the room, from housekeeping staff to front desk can be improved upon.

Don't expect too much.

We stayed here last minute for one night and it was a great little spot. We stayed in the studio room and although it was small, it was more than enough for the two of us. Everything was clean and modern, and they gave us complimentary toiletry bags and slippers. They staff was polite and helpful with good English too. Would recommend.

Great little spot right near the Skytree

We stood here for the end of our honeymoon trip and I must say it is a beautiful hotel just a few steps away from the Tokyo Skytree at a beautiful and calm area of this amazing city, you will have subway stations and bus stops really near so the options to move around Tokyo are pretty good. The only reason why I am not giving this hotel a 5 is cause one of the days we rested until around 2pm and when we went out the housekeeping lady refused to clean our room, this is the first time I have this kind of problem.

Nice modern and super green hotel by Kengo Kuma

This hotel has a modern and appealing style, and is very well positioned in Tokyo if you want to explore the older areas nearby, but also easily get around by train. Obviously not in the busier commercial districts of the city. Loft room with rollaway bed was just big enough for three people, but would be perfect for two. Great view of Skytree and surrounding areas. Note that the bathroom is internal -- separate privacy screens for shower and toilet, but sink etc is behind a curtain. Free use of the mobile phone was brilliant. Great view from the roof terrace. Didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment on that, other than to say the breakfast was described as "continental". Struck a problem went I wanted to shave -- no plug for the sink. Asked three different staff members -- no luck. They don't have them and didn't seem likely to get me one. Gave up asking after the third time. I realise it's "only a plug" and it didn't ruin my stay but makes me think this hotel looks the part but can't manage the most basic items that customers expect.

Good in many ways -- depending on what you are after

My wife and I went to the Skytree and afterwards we were exploring the area when we decided to eat lunch at the "One @ Tokyo" hotel. Since the moment we entered we had a very warm welcome, all throughout our meal the server Ryunoske was super attentive and the food was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family!
