There was nothing acceptable (except the geographical situation): the willingness to take extra expenses, total disorganization (I complain to the receptionists), dirty rooms and no room service during the entire stay (we stayed there for 3 nights). Unacceptable. Very bad surprise when arriving in the suite, to shout scandalously!!! The price of a 4* hotel but it's not even worth one. I will never set foot there again, a very bad experience (and a bad memory for the children present). I was ashamed to bring them there.

Horrible & Shameful

The hotel is located in the residential complex of Versailles, the apartment on the upper floor is divided into hotel rooms. Half of the rooms have a tiny balcony overlooking the Baiterek, the others no. Soundproofing is almost non-existent, if you are not lucky, you will hear the howl of lovers or the screams of children in the adjacent rooms. The location is excellent. Baiterek and the city center are 5 minutes' walk away. The bus from/to the airport stops in 1 block. In the apartment, which is divided into hotel rooms, there is a shared kitchen with a refrigerator.

Good price/quality ratio in the centre of Astana.

It was difficult to expect some freshness from this hotel, but there were moments that could definitely be improved: 1.The hotel is being renovated and the hotel guests have to go up with heavy suitcases two times a day, and so not once every day. 2.Don 't count on breakfast, it's practically gone. 3.There's no soundproofing, everything is perfectly audible behind the wall of the next room and sometimes even at the reception, considering that I have the most distant room from the reception it's definitely amazing.

The choice for this hotel was made only because of the convenient location. The hotel itself consists of two buildings that are located in a residential house. We lived in a second building, on the 10th floor. The rooms are clean, all neat, the furniture, the plumbing is new. But, the walls are cardboard. It was absolutely everything. Breakfast is brought to the room. The girls at the registration desk are very friendly, but a little forgetful. The price/quality ratio is average. But you have to take into account that this is a mini hotel, not a full-fledged hotel.

As a business traveler, I chose this hotel because it is in the administrative part of the city. Opposite the Ministry House. It is a very suitable place for business trips. For one or two nights. The rooms are good, the clothes are satisfactory. The service could have been better, there are drawbacks, the uninterrupted behavior of the staff.

Versailles is good, but it leaves much to be desired.

This hotel is a part of a condominium, not an individual building, which I personally find a bit awkward. 

Pros: Great location. The room was clean, the reception staff is friendly, affordable price. 

Cons: Rooms are tiny. The walls are soooo thin, you literally can hear your neighbors' conversations. Breakfast is limited. 

Great location 

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and liked it very much. First of all, the location is perfect - it's the center of Astana and everything you need is nerby. My room was not too big but it was clean and warm there. Comfortable bed, very tasty breakfast, good service... I would like to stay here again if I ever come to Astana.

Very cute

I was there for four days the place was ok neat and clean, breakfast essential but great price compared to the price of other hotels in the vicinity. I truly recommend it to all people who don't want to spend too much money.

Great price quality ratio

When I came to Astana on a business trip, I knew exactly where to stay, because my friends highly recommended the hotel Versailles! Everything was beautiful, a good room, clean and comfortable, very satisfying breakfast, welcoming staff, fast service in everything, Wi-Fi is very good, to be in the very center, next time definitely to you! Wait)))

This is a beautiful hotel!!!

A mini-hotel with a dozen rooms that are not very spacious but all in all comfortable. It is a small family-run bed and breakfast. Breakfast is prepared at the moment, the evening before you order what you want to eat on a small pre-printed form that gives you two or three choices.
