We stayed here twice, the night before we started the Bolaven Plateau motorbike loop and the night after we finished. Good location to the bus station and right next to Miss Noy's motorbike hire place (which we highly recommend). Beds were really quite comfortable for Asia. Shower good and warm. TV didnt work but I doubt there would have been a channel we would understand. Make sure you get a room near the back of the hotel though as the road is really noisy! (I'm partially deaf and wore earplugs and it still had me awake most the night on our first stay!) Also a 6am check in which we loved after we got off our sleeper bus at 6am!!



Good location, comply beds, nice restaurant 

It was very good value. 15 Euros for a clean twin room. In the restaurant downstairs I had the best morning glory vegetable plate ever. Fantastic fried shrimps. Just delicious food. The staff was friendly. Th only disadvantage is the fact that it is on main street that means you have quite some noise from the cars.

Decent Hotel in central Pakse

They have two type of rooms: the most expensive (12-15 USD) are larger, facing the main street  and have AC while the budget ones (10 USD) are smaller, facing the side street and they do not have AC. Both are very clean, with TV, attached bathroom, hot water. The personnel is very kind and helpful. The only negative point is the breakfast (which is not included in the room price): very poor (half baguette, one small portion of jam and butter) and we have to wait quite long to be served even though we were the only two customers and there were 5 waitress/cook chatting all the time.

Clean hotel with nice staff

the atmosphere is really relaxing  unless you go on the the crowded day the food was AWESOME the food that i recommended is the spaghetti carbonara and the seafood fried  rice also the the service is good the juice is good when you drink it it make me feel very fresh but i do not like the soup is way to bland

VERY RELAXING ATMOSPHERE

We've eaten at the restaurant several times, but we haven't stayed at the hotel yet. The staff is very friendly, the service is efficient, and the food is good.

Walked in and Had a good room facing the side street. However very noisy during morning time and night when something passes by. Great ac and great staff. Room was comfortable and had all you need. 
The most rooms face the Main Street. Don’t know about the noise level there. 

Good value for money

We stayed three nights in a spacious, clean, triple room. The bathroom was convenient. It was lucky to get the room on the first floor, because the hotel doesn't have an elevator, and the stairs are steep. I didn't like the terrace that surrounds all the rooms on the floor, and so it forces you to keep taxes closed. I appreciated the restaurant for the quality and the honest price and we enjoyed the porch on the main street. You can improve the quality of the services offered by introducing more fresh fruit: we never got a smoothie.

Very good price ratio. Nice room not very large but well equipped, refrigerator, air conditioning. New shower. Very friendly and attentive staff. Good quality restaurant. Advisor.

All right, all right.

I stayed here en route to Si Phan Don, and returned after my trip for another 4 nights. I stayed in different rooms, the single and the double, and found them both very satisfactory and great value for money. I really enjoyed my stay, the room was very clean and modern, and the shower hot. WiFi worked well and was reasonably quick. I asked for a quiet room on my second stay, and indeed got a room not overlooking the Main Street, and I slept very well. The young man that works on reception during the day is very nice and helpful, and will always welcome you with a smile. No complaints with the room or reception at all.
The only negative on this hotel is the restaurant. The food is below average and the service dreadful. You certainly won’t get any pleasantries from the ladies that work there, even if you are very nice to them. Breakfast isn’t included in the room rates though, and there are lots of great restaurants nearby, so don’t let it put you off a visit to this hotel :)

Great hotel

Hotel in the center of Pakse. Various good restaurants right outside the door. In the hotel restaurant we didn't eat, but there was decent coffee. Our room was small with air conditioning and for the price. The bathroom was very clean and the shower and the heater worked great. The staff were friendly.
