We stayed in Łódź for one night - to get acquainted with the city, to go for a walk. It was here that we tried the highest score of the old-Latin dessert Asuška in this hotel because the staff there were amazing. We were very hospitable, after settling we were asked if everything was fine. In the evening we thought of ordering a pizza in the room, not knowing if there was a restaurant in the hotel, and the guests fed us very tasty and well... It was here that we tried the old-Latin dessert Asuška for the first time in our life - it is very simple and tasty (for a bun in a hot flavor of salt-sweet sauce with honey).

Mindful, responsive and alert staff.

In the center, opposite the attractions, shops, promenade and lake, chic kitchen. Banquet hall. Dental office with the latest equipment, x-rays, prosthetics, teeth alignment, whitening, treatment.

The heart of Luz

For one night, it's okay to drive to the border, well, the service is Soviet, like all of Latvia, but people are emotional, the relationship is very good, soundproofing is bad, everyone's hearing it, neighbors and the street, the kitchen in the restaurant is normal, breakfast is normal.

Avery nice stay in Ludza helped by the lovely girls at the hotel, the breakfast girls were lovely! hotel was clean and everything worked well , good food and great price,would I stay again? yes I would without a second thought..

WARM AND FRIENDLY

Happy staff, there is a beautiful cat at the reception:)) Simple, comfortable rooms. Clean enough (only in the shower room with mushrooms). Very interesting menu in the restaurant for lunch-dinner, dishes original, delicious and beautiful serving. Simple, delicious breakfasts.

Simple and good hotel, conveniently located near the border

We stayed one night. Plus, we arrived around 11:30 and we were accepted. I agree with the previous feedback about the scrip, terrible, no extra step to make, it's heard on the floor of the hotel, and the hearing in the rooms is awful. Repair is required. The beds are single and uncomfortable, the smell in the room is not very good.

One night at the border and that's not a fact.

It's convenient for people travelling to and from Russia about 25 minutes from the border. The restaurant on the ground floor is fast and at popular prices but... the walls of the rooms are very thin. I was on the second floor windowless in June, which means light all night.

It's convenient for transit, but...

On the way from Moscow to Riga, we had to look for accommodation. We chose the nearest affordable hotel and did not miss it! The hotel is clean, cozy. The rooms are spacious with toilet and shower room. Russian-speaking staff. (The whole city speaks Russian) Everything is very polite and well-behaved. We stayed in the room a few hours before the arrival time. We stayed for almost 2 days. No extra charge was taken. The price for the double room is 32 euros. Stayed very satisfied! Thank you to all the hotel staff!

On the way from Moscow to Riga, a great cheap hotel.

I could accept that the furniture is worn down or decoration and floor looks like done by monkey or a 5th grader. But I can't tolerate if chairs in the room look like they're taken out from garbage bin or that the "double" bed is 2 "on-the-verge-of-collapse" single beds put together with foam in between.
Definitely can't recommend. On the contrary - better choose another place.

One big hole

Lucia is a rather small hotel in the eastern part of Latvia which is not massively visited by tourists. It can only accept 38 guests, but the rooms are quite spacious and nice. We had a corner room with two windows and wonderful views of the small town. The only thing that bothered us was a squeaky floor. We were afraid to walk, because we could wake up guests in other rooms.
Breakfast was adequate, the choice of foods quite limited, but food was fresh and tasty. Evidently the quantity was limited, too, because the last ones to get up had a hard time finding something to eat. (It's an early bird that catches a worm.)
