For the price paid (approx 60€) the room we got was very good and spacious - a bedroom and a living room. Our room was on the 1st floor, so it opened up just by the little pool which is an awesome feature to have. Nice garden and kids’ area by the pool. Has the tea/coffee making facilities in the room; free wifi and parking on site.
Didn’t have the breakfast, so cannot comment on that, but it’s different every day - we were told pancakes would be served next morning.
Approx 15-20 mins walk to the central street and approx 10 min walk to the beach.
Would recommend!

Money well spent

We have selected our holiday very carefully: read reviews on all sites. Our main criteria were heated pool and quietness. We have booked a big suite. Up on arrival we have noticed a smell of fungus and damp in a bedroom. Notified a host that there is a problem but they have dismissed it as they "can not smell anything". 
Another issue is sofa bed in a living room. It is so old and worn out that we had to take out the mattress and sleep on the floor. 
After couple nights smell got stronger and we have noticed that bathroom is being flooded. Then we saw a crack on the shower base. Because the shower is next to the bedroom water must be seeping under the base and there's an ingress into the bedroom wall. I have explained what is going on here, but again - the host dismissed it all and said that nothing could be done. 
In general property is quite run down. Loads if rotten wooden planks around pool area. Even children play area has rotten wood and looks unsafe!
So here we are - have paid for the stay and not enjoying it at all. 
Host is not willing to help in any way. Not sure how they got such a high rating.
My advice is to stay away from this place as it is run down and hosts are not going to help in any way. Looks like they are just milking this place until it lasts without making any investment.
I wish we have paid attention to a few negative reviews where they mentioned ignorance of the hosts. 
Another annoyance is that the host actually live on the property themselves and do a maintenance on their own. 
So they are always around but can't be asked to help.
There is no kitchen in a suite. You have to go to the main little common kitchen if you want to get something cooked for yourself. 
The washing machine is there too. It has a drier part which does not work. Was told that there is an iron in a kitchen but could not find it either so have to ask one from the host. Ironing board is not available too.

The only positive note is heated pool.

All in all I can honestly advise people to avoid this place as it is very dated and run down. Hosts are unhelpful at all - they are ignoring the problems you're bringing up. 

Spend your money elsewhere and pay attention to other not so positive reviews of this place.

Unprofessional and ignorant hosts

Pool that's always warm, nice rooms, soft bed, close to the beach... We (my brother mom and me) were so lucky that we found this place. You can bring some pets too! Though the road around it is pretty bad.

This place is awesome!

Place located just couple 100 meters from the beach. The rooms are excellent condition, cozy and big.
The yard is amazing with many flowers and swimming pool. The Vila is very clean outside and inside. 
The service is excellent , because owners is always around and ready to help. Always offer free water or beer..
Prices little bit expensive , but you can't even compere this accommodation or service ..what you can get around there..Perfect for family.

Perfect place

Vila ,,Vitalija" located near the perfect Palanga beach. Just 5 minutes by walking and you can enjoy Baltic Sea!
The owners of Vila are very nice, always ready to help or give advice. They always invite you to talk and enjoy free beer or other drinks:) 
Rooms and the yard are very comfortable and clean. The place is perfect for all family.

Amazing place 

The villa has exceeded all expectations!!! Since we had a holiday in June and also with the children, the main criterion was the availability of a heated pool. The pool here is not large, but heated. There is a children's playground. In addition, there is a large open children's playground (game park) very close to the sea. Next to the park - for walking or cycling walks (a bicycle can be rented if I am not mistaken 1.5 euros / hour). To the center is far away (but for us this didn't matter much). The rooms are excellent (we had a small two-room luxury) with an exit to the pool. There is a dish in the room and the teapot. The kitchen is common (if you want to use), you can use a Russian-style car. You can order a maniac and have a free WiFi. There is a white woman in the courtyard. There is a maniac and a maniac for 5 miles.

It's perfect for kids.

Very cozy atmosphere, balconies in each room, in the pool yard. The room is excellent, everything is very comfortable, good bedding, stayed in February, the room was very warm. Standard breakfast. The friendly and responsive hotel owners.
